【摘要】：目的探討問題式學(xué)習(xí)(PBL)與案例式學(xué)習(xí)(CBL)相結(jié)合的模式在假肢矯形器效果評定教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用效果。方法首都醫(yī)科大學(xué)假肢矯形工程專業(yè)2012級本科生(A組,n=27)采用傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)法,2014級本科生(B組,n=25)采用PBL與CBL相結(jié)合的模式。比較兩組即刻測試成績,向B組發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷,收集反饋意見。結(jié)果 B組即刻測試成績顯著高于A組(t=-4.972,P0.001)。多數(shù)學(xué)生認(rèn)為,PBL與CBL相結(jié)合的模式有利于提高運(yùn)用知識解決實際問題的能力,查閱、分析和利用文獻(xiàn)資料的能力,溝通交流能力和表達(dá)能力。結(jié)論在假肢矯形器效果評定教學(xué)中實施PBL與CBL相結(jié)合的模式,可以調(diào)動學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)主動性,提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the application of problem learning (PBL) and case learning (CBL) in the teaching of prosthetic orthosis. Methods 2012 undergraduates of prosthetic orthopedic engineering major in Capital Medical University (group A, n = 27) adopted the traditional teaching method, and 2014 undergraduates (group B, n = 25) adopted the model of combining PBL with CBL. The results of immediate test were compared, questionnaires were distributed to group B and feedback was collected. Results the results of immediate test in group B were significantly higher than those in group A (t = -4.972, P 0.001). Most students think that the combination of PBL and CBL is beneficial to improve the ability of using knowledge to solve practical problems, to consult, analyze and utilize literature, to communicate and to express. Conclusion the combination of PBL and CBL in the teaching of prosthetic orthosis can arouse the students' learning initiative and improve the teaching quality.
