【摘要】：一流本科教育涉及教學(xué)計(jì)劃與教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)理念與教學(xué)方法等方面,但不可忽視的另一個(gè)方面是教育組織模式。本科生院的本質(zhì)在于去除學(xué)生的專(zhuān)業(yè)身份束縛,學(xué)生學(xué)籍不再屬于學(xué)術(shù)性系科而完全屬于本科生院以及更小的住宿學(xué)院,學(xué)生的學(xué)號(hào)中不再含有院系和專(zhuān)業(yè)特征。本科生院的教育組織模式與蘇聯(lián)式專(zhuān)業(yè)組織模式相比存在四方面優(yōu)勢(shì):學(xué)生可以自由選擇專(zhuān)業(yè)(轉(zhuǎn)專(zhuān)業(yè)概念從根本上去除)、"空"去學(xué)生專(zhuān)業(yè)身份束縛以促進(jìn)通識(shí)學(xué)習(xí)和通識(shí)教育、組織跨學(xué)科專(zhuān)業(yè)和專(zhuān)業(yè)方向、促進(jìn)大學(xué)內(nèi)部分工水平的發(fā)展而提高教育和科研效率。本科生院的組織模式有助于實(shí)現(xiàn)"以學(xué)生為中心"的教育理念,將學(xué)生由"被塑造者"轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)?積極、自由的學(xué)習(xí)者"而超越因材施教。中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)、北京大學(xué)放開(kāi)轉(zhuǎn)專(zhuān)業(yè)的實(shí)踐以及西安交通大學(xué)本科生院的建立表明本科生院具備可行性,在本質(zhì)上是一流本科教育組織模式變革的一個(gè)重要方向,也是中國(guó)由蘇聯(lián)式專(zhuān)業(yè)教育組織模式向更先進(jìn)的教育組織模式轉(zhuǎn)變中邏輯上的一種選擇。本科生院組織模式的變革會(huì)遇到來(lái)自專(zhuān)業(yè)院系的強(qiáng)大阻力,存在倒退個(gè)案,其變革需要謹(jǐn)慎和較長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的討論以取得共識(shí)。一流本科教育的建設(shè)需要在保守中踏實(shí)進(jìn)步。
[Abstract]:First-rate undergraduate education involves teaching plan and teaching content, teaching idea and teaching method, but another aspect can not be ignored is educational organization model. The essence of undergraduate college is to remove the bondage of students' professional identity. Students' academic status is no longer part of the academic department, but belongs to the undergraduate college and the smaller residential college, and the students' academic number no longer contains the characteristics of department and specialty. The educational organization model of undergraduate college has four advantages compared with the Soviet model of professional organization: students are free to choose their major (the concept of changing majors is fundamentally removed). In order to promote general learning and general education, to organize interdisciplinary professional and professional direction, to promote the development of the level of division of labor within universities, and to improve the efficiency of education and scientific research. The organizational model of undergraduate college is helpful to realize the educational concept of "student-centered", to transform students from "molded" to "active and free learners" and to transcend teaching according to their aptitude. The practice of China Agricultural University, Peking University and the establishment of the undergraduate College of Xi'an Jiaotong University show that the undergraduate college is feasible and is essentially an important direction for the transformation of the first-rate undergraduate education organization model. It is also a logical choice for China to change from Soviet mode of professional education organization to more advanced mode of educational organization. The reform of the organizational model of undergraduate colleges will meet with strong resistance from professional departments, and there are retrogressive cases, which need to be discussed carefully and for a long time in order to reach a consensus. The construction of first-class undergraduate education needs to make steady progress in conservatism.
