【摘要】：大學(xué)治理模式的變革是由其自身發(fā)展邏輯與組織形態(tài)的變遷所決定的。大學(xué)處于變革與發(fā)展中,發(fā)展邏輯由學(xué)術(shù)邏輯到社會(huì)邏輯、市場(chǎng)邏輯,大學(xué)組織形態(tài)隨之由傳統(tǒng)的學(xué)術(shù)組織變革為學(xué)術(shù)組織、科層組織、政治組織與企業(yè)化組織并存的組織形態(tài),大學(xué)治理模式相應(yīng)地由學(xué)術(shù)治理、官僚治理到共同治理、企業(yè)化治理。大學(xué)組織形態(tài)以及由此帶來(lái)的組織治理模式的變遷,并未改變大學(xué)組織的自治性質(zhì),改變的是大學(xué)治理的主體、形態(tài)與方式,"誰(shuí)在治"、"治什么"、"如何治"發(fā)生著深刻變化。
[Abstract]:The reform of university governance model is determined by its own development logic and the change of organization form. The university is in the process of transformation and development, the logic of development is from academic logic to social logic, market logic, and the form of university organization changes from traditional academic organization to academic organization, branch organization. With the coexistence of political organization and enterprise organization, the mode of university governance is correspondingly from academic governance, bureaucratic governance to common governance and corporate governance. The change of university organization form and the organizational governance mode brought about by it has not changed the autonomy nature of university organization, but changed the subject, form and way of university governance, "who is governing" and "what is governing". "how to govern" is undergoing profound changes.
