以微信為載體加強高校思想政治教育研究

【摘要】:習近平總書記在全國高校思想政治工作會議上指出,“做好高校思想政治工作,要因事而化,因時而進,因勢而新”。他還特別提出,“要運用新媒體新技術使高校思想政治工作活起來,推動思想政治工作傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)勢同信息技術高度融合,增強時代感和吸引力!弊鳛樾旅襟w的新鮮力量,微信為大學生提供豐富的社交生活的同時,也改變著大學生的生活方式與思維模式,于無形中影響著他們的價值取向。在“微”時代環(huán)境下,對思想政治教育載體進行創(chuàng)新,把微信作為思想政治教育的新載體、新工具,對于加強和改進思想政治教育,增強高校思想政治教育工作的時代感與實效性具有重要意義。本研究主要采用文獻研究法、定性與定量分析法、觀察研究法以及結構訪談法,以思想政治教育載體為視角,首先將思想政治教育載體的內涵、特征、功能與微信的內涵、功能與特征進行對比分析,探尋微信作為思想政治教育載體的理論依據(jù)與現(xiàn)實依據(jù)。其次在調查數(shù)據(jù)及訪談資料的基礎上,分析當前高校運用微信開展思想政治教育的成效及存在問題。最后文章立足于開展高校思想政治教育的三支主體隊伍(學校黨政干部和共青團干部、思想政治理論課和哲學社會科學課教師、輔導員和班主任),探尋以微信為載體加強高校思想政治教育的實現(xiàn)路徑。通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn)運用微信開展高校思想政治教育工作取得成效的同時也存在問題。主要成效有:微信逐步應用于思想政治理論課教學,學生的學習積極性提高,師生關系變得更為融洽;輔導員個人微信公眾號、校園微信公眾號的開通為思想宣傳教育、服務師生、構建校園公共形象提供了新平臺。主要問題有:思想政治理論課教師在教學中使用微信功能不充分;輔導員個人公眾號的思想政治教育效果低;校園微信號定位不準確,內容建設不足。為此,發(fā)揮思想政治理論課的“主渠道”作用,思想政治理論課教師提高自身的“微能力”、創(chuàng)新教學載體以及加強網絡意識形態(tài)價值引導。高校輔導員要夯實日常思想政治教育的“主陣地”,加快輔導員個人公眾號建設。高校公眾號要創(chuàng)新高校思想政治教育“新空間”,努力實現(xiàn)全員育人、全方位育人,構建“大思政”格局。
[Abstract]:General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the National Conference on ideological and political work in Colleges and Universities that "to do ideological and political work well in colleges and universities, we must change it according to things, move forward from time to time, and be new because of the situation." He also put forward in particular, "We should use new media and new technologies to make ideological and political work in colleges and universities live, promote the high integration of the traditional advantages of ideological and political work with information technology, and enhance the sense of the times and the attraction of the times." As a new strength of new media, WeChat provides college students with rich social life, but also changes the way of life and thinking of college students, and affects their value orientation intangibly. Under the environment of "micro" times, we should innovate the carrier of ideological and political education, regard WeChat as the new carrier and tool of ideological and political education, which can strengthen and improve the ideological and political education. It is of great significance to strengthen the sense of time and effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. This research mainly adopts the literature research method, the qualitative and quantitative analysis method, the observation research method and the structure interview method, takes the ideological and political education carrier as the angle of view, first of all, the connotation, the characteristic, the function and the WeChat meaning of the ideological and political education carrier. The function and characteristics of WeChat as the carrier of ideological and political education are analyzed. Secondly, on the basis of the investigation data and interview data, this paper analyzes the effectiveness and existing problems of using WeChat to carry out ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Finally, the article is based on the three main groups of ideological and political education in colleges and universities (party and government cadres and Communist Youth League cadres, teachers of ideological and political theory and philosophy and social sciences, counselors and class teachers). To explore the implementation of WeChat as the carrier to strengthen ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Through the research, it is found that there are some problems while using WeChat to carry out ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The main results are as follows: WeChat has been gradually applied to the ideological and political theory teaching, students' enthusiasm for learning has been improved, and the relationship between teachers and students has become more harmonious; The opening of personal WeChat public number and campus WeChat public number provides a new platform for ideological propaganda and education, serving teachers and students, and constructing campus public image. The main problems are: the teachers of the ideological and political theory course use WeChat in the teaching function is not sufficient; the ideological and political education effect of personal public number of counselors is low; the orientation of microsignal on campus is not accurate; the content construction is insufficient. Therefore, we should give full play to the "main channel" of the ideological and political theory course, improve their own "micro-ability", innovate the teaching carrier and strengthen the network ideological value guidance. College counselors should consolidate the "main position" of daily ideological and political education and speed up the construction of counselors' individual public numbers. The public in colleges and universities should innovate the "new space" of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, strive to realize the all-staff education, educate people in all directions, and construct the pattern of "great thinking about politics".
