【摘要】：基于SE-DEA模型對(duì)中國理工類"985工程"大學(xué)展開專門的效率評(píng)價(jià),綜合考慮效率得分與標(biāo)桿分析兩方面的表現(xiàn),并分別展開"主業(yè)"理科和"副業(yè)"文科的效率評(píng)價(jià),進(jìn)一步對(duì)無效率高校展開投入冗余與產(chǎn)出不足的松弛變量分析,包括針對(duì)單個(gè)高校的橫項(xiàng)元組分析和針對(duì)各項(xiàng)投入、產(chǎn)出指標(biāo)的列項(xiàng)指標(biāo)統(tǒng)計(jì),為理工大學(xué)的效率改進(jìn)和教育資源的優(yōu)化配置提供思路和建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the SE-DEA model, this paper evaluates the efficiency of 985 engineering universities in China, considers the performance of efficiency scores and benchmarking, and evaluates the efficiency of science and sideline arts, respectively. Further more, the slack variable analysis of input redundancy and output insufficiency is carried out for colleges and universities with invalid rate, including the analysis of cross-item tuples for individual colleges and universities, and the statistics of entry and output indicators for each input and output index. To provide ideas and suggestions for the efficiency improvement and the optimal allocation of educational resources.
