【摘要】：正向大學(xué)生意見領(lǐng)袖是對(duì)大學(xué)生群體進(jìn)行輿論引導(dǎo)和思想教育的重要力量,正向大學(xué)生意見領(lǐng)袖培育是加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)高校思想政治教育工作的有效途徑,對(duì)于營(yíng)造良好的校園輿論環(huán)境、提升思想政治教育的針對(duì)性、實(shí)效性具有重要意義。本文從分析正向大學(xué)生意見領(lǐng)袖的概念內(nèi)涵入手,通過文獻(xiàn)梳理、經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)、理論結(jié)合實(shí)踐等研究方法,揭示正向大學(xué)生意見領(lǐng)袖的基本特征和形成機(jī)理,初步探索正向大學(xué)生意見領(lǐng)袖培育的途徑與策略。論文第一部分通過厘清正向大學(xué)生意見領(lǐng)袖的內(nèi)涵及特征,分析了正向大學(xué)生意見領(lǐng)袖的功能價(jià)值。正向大學(xué)生意見領(lǐng)袖的功能價(jià)值主要體現(xiàn)在表達(dá)積極正面言論、引領(lǐng)校園輿論方向、發(fā)揮榜樣示范功能、嫁接社會(huì)認(rèn)知橋梁四個(gè)方面。第二部分具體闡述正向大學(xué)生意見領(lǐng)袖形成的條件機(jī)理,主要包括:主觀能力的積淀、客觀環(huán)境的催生、偶然事件的激發(fā)。第三部分從馬克思主義關(guān)于領(lǐng)袖和領(lǐng)袖群體的理論、中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化關(guān)于“君子養(yǎng)成”的基本思想、國(guó)外政治領(lǐng)袖培養(yǎng)的基本思路等方面入手,在深入挖掘正向大學(xué)生意見領(lǐng)袖培育的基本理論資源的基礎(chǔ)上,探索性地提出了正向大學(xué)生意見領(lǐng)袖的培育策略,即準(zhǔn)確把握培育原則、綜合運(yùn)用多種培育方法、廣泛搭建培育平臺(tái)、完善配套保障機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:The positive opinion leader is an important force to guide the public opinion and the ideological education to the college students, and the cultivation of the positive opinion leader is an effective way to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. It is of great significance to create a good campus public opinion environment and improve the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education. Starting with the analysis of the concept connotation of forward university student opinion leader, this paper reveals the basic characteristics and formation mechanism of forward university student opinion leader through literature combing, experience summing up, combining theory with practice and so on. To explore the ways and strategies of cultivating positive university students'opinion leaders. The first part of the paper analyzes the functional value of positive college students' opinion leaders by clarifying the connotation and characteristics of positive college students' opinion leaders. The function value of positive university student opinion leader is mainly reflected in four aspects: expressing positive and positive speech, leading the direction of campus public opinion, giving play to the role of example demonstration, and grafting the bridge of social cognition. The second part elaborates the formation of positive university students' opinion leaders, including the accumulation of subjective ability, the emergence of objective environment, and the stimulation of accidental events. The third part starts with the Marxist theory of leaders and leadership groups, the basic thoughts of Chinese traditional culture on "cultivating a gentleman" and the basic ideas of cultivating political leaders abroad. On the basis of deeply excavating the basic theoretical resources of cultivating forward university students' opinion leaders, this paper puts forward the cultivation strategy of positive college students' opinion leaders, that is, grasping the cultivation principles accurately and synthetically using a variety of cultivation methods. Build up the cultivation platform extensively, perfect the supporting safeguard mechanism.
