【摘要】：正高校在知識(shí)創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)之中發(fā)揮著舉足輕重的重要作用。轉(zhuǎn)變高校傳統(tǒng)科技活動(dòng)的主導(dǎo)機(jī)制,建立科技園或技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移中心。加強(qiáng)高校與企業(yè)之間的良性互動(dòng),擴(kuò)大高校與其他科研機(jī)構(gòu)之間的交流合作。構(gòu)建國(guó)家創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng),是我國(guó)在經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)下面對(duì)新的發(fā)展機(jī)遇、迎接各種挑戰(zhàn)的必然之舉。高校在這一創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建過程中承載著創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)、高新技術(shù)研究與社會(huì)服務(wù)、創(chuàng)業(yè)文化傳
[Abstract]:Colleges and universities play an important role in knowledge innovation system and technology innovation system. To change the leading mechanism of traditional science and technology activities in colleges and universities, and to establish science and technology parks or technology transfer centers. Strengthen the positive interaction between universities and enterprises, and expand the exchange and cooperation between universities and other scientific research institutions. Constructing the national innovation system is an inevitable move for China to meet all kinds of challenges and opportunities under the new normal state of economy. In the process of constructing this innovation system, colleges and universities are carrying with them the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents, the research and social service of high and new technology, and the spreading of entrepreneurial culture.
