理工融合:新工科教育改革的新探索

【摘要】:石油與化學(xué)工業(yè)對(duì)人才培養(yǎng)的要求與新工科理念高度契合,新工科更加注重學(xué)科交叉與融合。天津化學(xué)化工協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心在"理工融合"方面進(jìn)行了前期實(shí)踐,以分子科學(xué)與工程專業(yè)為抓手,依靠協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心的學(xué)科優(yōu)勢(shì)、人才優(yōu)勢(shì)和科研優(yōu)勢(shì),從"理工融合型本科生培養(yǎng)模塊""理工協(xié)同式研究生培養(yǎng)模塊"和"實(shí)踐創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)模塊"三個(gè)模塊入手,在本科專業(yè)建設(shè)、課程建設(shè)、師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、育人環(huán)境建設(shè),培養(yǎng)模式升級(jí)等方面進(jìn)行了改革和探索。
[Abstract]:The demand of petroleum and chemical industry for talent training is highly consistent with the new engineering idea, and the new engineering department pays more attention to the interdisciplinary and integration. Tianjin Chemical and Chemical Collaborative Innovation Center has carried out early practice in the aspect of "science and engineering integration", taking the specialty of molecular science and engineering as the starting point, relying on the discipline advantage, talent advantage and scientific research advantage of the cooperative innovation center. Starting with the three modules of "the integrated undergraduate training module of science and technology", "the cooperative graduate student training module of science and engineering" and "the training module of practical innovation ability", this paper introduces the following three modules: undergraduate specialty construction, curriculum construction, teaching staff construction, education environment construction, etc. Reform and exploration have been carried out in the aspects of training mode upgrading and so on.
