【摘要】：“把思想政治教育貫穿教育教學(xué)全過程”,是開創(chuàng)我國(guó)高等教育事業(yè)發(fā)展新局面的重大舉措,更是大學(xué)文化育人的題中之義。一方面,社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀作為高等教育的“主心骨”,決定著人才培養(yǎng)的目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向和價(jià)值取向,必須在各個(gè)領(lǐng)域和環(huán)節(jié)突出其引領(lǐng)作用;另一方面,大學(xué)文化建設(shè)作為社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的“助推器”,能潛移默化地使核心價(jià)值觀內(nèi)化于心、外化于行,成為學(xué)生日常生活的基本遵循,這一點(diǎn)在理工類大學(xué)生的培養(yǎng)過程中表現(xiàn)尤甚。因此,以社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀為引領(lǐng),建設(shè)理工類院校大學(xué)文化的長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制成為我們的必然選擇。本文馬克思主義人的全面發(fā)展學(xué)說為指導(dǎo)思想,以“社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀”為著力點(diǎn),以“大學(xué)文化建設(shè)”為突破口,在進(jìn)行大量文獻(xiàn)研究的前提下,初步闡釋了我國(guó)理工類院校大學(xué)文化的基本內(nèi)涵與建設(shè)規(guī)律,系統(tǒng)梳理了大學(xué)文化建設(shè)的發(fā)展歷程和存在問題。在此基礎(chǔ)上,我們深入開展對(duì)兩者關(guān)系的探討,社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀具有文化屬性,需要依托文化產(chǎn)品才能落地生根;大學(xué)文化建設(shè)蘊(yùn)含價(jià)值導(dǎo)向,需要正確價(jià)值引領(lǐng)方可蓬勃繁榮,故而,在以“觀”鑄人的同時(shí)更要以“文”化人,實(shí)現(xiàn)兩者的雙向共生才是上策。達(dá)成上述目標(biāo),要靠“兩條腿”走路,理念創(chuàng)新掃清思想障礙,路徑優(yōu)化破除制度藩籬,依靠“大理工觀”“大教育觀”“大文化觀”“大實(shí)踐觀”彰顯核心價(jià)值的獨(dú)特魅力,通過改革課程設(shè)計(jì)、完善知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)、挖掘隱性教育、開發(fā)內(nèi)外資源培育大學(xué)文化的生動(dòng)活力。最終,讓社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀落細(xì)落實(shí),讓大學(xué)文化建設(shè)向上向善,造就一大批信仰堅(jiān)定、素質(zhì)過硬的復(fù)合型人才。
[Abstract]:"ideological and political education runs through the whole process of education and teaching" is an important measure to create a new situation in the development of higher education in our country, and it is also the meaning of the subject of university culture education. On the one hand, the socialist core values, as the "backbone" of higher education, determine the goal orientation and value orientation of talent training, and they must play a leading role in all fields and links. On the other hand, as the "booster" of the socialist core values, the construction of university culture can make the core values internalize and externalize in the mind, and become the basic compliance of the students' daily life. This is especially true in the process of training engineering students. Therefore, taking the socialist core values as the guide, it is our inevitable choice to construct the long-term mechanism of university culture in science and technology colleges. In this paper, the Marxist theory of all-round development of human beings is the guiding ideology, "socialist core values" as the focus, "university culture construction" as the breakthrough point, under the premise of a large number of literature research. This paper preliminarily explains the basic connotation and construction law of university culture in science and technology colleges in China, and systematically combs the development course and existing problems of university culture construction. On this basis, we deeply explore the relationship between the two, socialist core values have cultural attributes, need to rely on cultural products to take root; The construction of university culture contains value orientation and needs correct value guidance to flourish. Therefore, it is the best policy to realize the bidirectional symbiosis between the two. To achieve the above goal, we must rely on "two legs" walking, idea innovation to clear the ideological barriers, path optimization to break down institutional barriers, rely on "big science and technology", "big education", "big culture", "big practice" to highlight the unique charm of the core value. Through reforming curriculum design, perfecting knowledge structure, excavating recessive education, developing internal and external resources to cultivate the vivid vitality of university culture. Finally, let the socialist core values fall into practice, make the university culture construction upward toward the good, bring up a large number of strong faith, quality of composite talents.
