【摘要】：在高校致力于建設(shè)"雙一流"大學(xué)、培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新型技術(shù)人才的新形勢下,實踐性教學(xué)的重要性愈加明顯。當(dāng)前我國理工類院校實驗教師隊伍結(jié)構(gòu)不合理,實驗課教學(xué)質(zhì)量低。改革隊伍結(jié)構(gòu)、優(yōu)化聘任制度,完善培訓(xùn)機制、實行以老帶新,創(chuàng)新考核辦法、完善晉升機制,對于我國創(chuàng)新型工程科技人才的培養(yǎng)乃至整個教育發(fā)展至關(guān)重要。
[Abstract]:Under the new situation that colleges and universities are committed to building "double first-class" universities and cultivating innovative technical talents, the importance of practical teaching is becoming more and more obvious. At present, the structure of experimental teachers in science and technology colleges is unreasonable and the teaching quality of experimental courses is low. Reforming the structure of the team, optimizing the appointment system, perfecting the training mechanism, carrying out the new with the old, innovating the examination method and perfecting the promotion mechanism are of great importance to the cultivation of innovative engineering science and technology talents in our country and even to the development of the whole education.
