基于CIPP模型的拔尖創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量評估研究

【摘要】:進(jìn)入21世紀(jì),全球高新技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展,新工業(yè)革命潮汐涌來,對于高素質(zhì)拔尖創(chuàng)新人才的急速需求已成為世界性問題。對中國而言,伴隨中國制造2025,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+等戰(zhàn)略的出臺,對培養(yǎng)拔尖創(chuàng)新人才“質(zhì)”和“量”的提升需求比以往任何時(shí)候都更加迫切。為此,大學(xué),特別是高水平大學(xué)相繼加大了高端人才引進(jìn)的力度,加大了吸引優(yōu)質(zhì)生源并給予優(yōu)質(zhì)資源投入的培養(yǎng)力度。同時(shí),相繼建立榮譽(yù)學(xué)院,探索拔尖創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)模式,探索教育教學(xué)改革,如北京大學(xué)的元培學(xué)院、浙江大學(xué)的竺可楨學(xué)院、南京大學(xué)的匡亞明學(xué)院、哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)的英才學(xué)院等等;谏鲜霰尘,拔尖創(chuàng)新人才的培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量日益受到關(guān)注,培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的評價(jià)成為各教育機(jī)構(gòu)必須要面對的問題。為此,本文基于CIPP模型及相關(guān)教學(xué)理論、高等學(xué)校管理理論、教育測評等基礎(chǔ)知識,構(gòu)建了拔尖創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量評估體系,以期通過評估,發(fā)現(xiàn)人才培養(yǎng)過程中的質(zhì)量制約因素、從而改進(jìn)教育決策,保證拔尖創(chuàng)新人才的有效產(chǎn)出。本研究對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究做了全面綜述,對拔尖創(chuàng)新人才的內(nèi)涵、特征、培養(yǎng)、評價(jià)等相關(guān)概念做了界定,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用CIPP模型構(gòu)建評了拔尖創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量評估體系。采用的研究方法包括文獻(xiàn)法、層次分析法、模糊評估法等。本研究最后,運(yùn)用所構(gòu)建的拔尖創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量評價(jià)模型,對國內(nèi)一所高水平大學(xué)的榮譽(yù)學(xué)院(以下簡稱H大學(xué)Y學(xué)院)進(jìn)行了綜合評價(jià)。評價(jià)結(jié)果與實(shí)際情況相符,并據(jù)此對H大學(xué)Y學(xué)院培養(yǎng)模式給出了建設(shè)性的建議。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, with the rapid development of global high and new technology and the tide of the new industrial revolution, the rapid demand for highly qualified and innovative talents has become a worldwide problem. For China, with the introduction of such strategies as made in China 2025 and the Internet, it is more urgent than ever to improve the quality and quantity of top innovators. For this reason, universities, especially high level universities, have increased the intensity of introducing high-end talents, and the cultivation of attracting high quality students and investing in high quality resources. At the same time, colleges of honor have been established one after another, to explore the training model of outstanding and innovative talents, and to explore educational reform, such as Yuanpei College of Peking University, Zhu Kezhen College of Zhejiang University, Kuang Yaming College of Nanjing University, etc. Harbin University of Technology, the Institute of Excellence, and so on. Based on the above background, more and more attention has been paid to the training quality of the top innovative talents, and the evaluation of the training quality has become a problem that every educational institution must face. Therefore, based on the basic knowledge of CIPP model and related teaching theory, management theory of colleges and universities, educational evaluation and so on, this paper constructs a quality evaluation system for the training of outstanding and innovative talents in order to pass the evaluation. In order to improve the educational decision and ensure the effective output of the top creative talents, the author finds out the quality restriction factors in the process of talent training. This study makes a comprehensive review of relevant research at home and abroad, defines the connotation, characteristics, training, evaluation and other related concepts of top-notch innovative talents, and on this basis, CIPP model is used to construct the evaluation system of the training quality of the top innovative talents. The research methods adopted include literature method, analytic hierarchy process, fuzzy evaluation method and so on. At the end of this study, the author makes a comprehensive evaluation of the honor college of a high level university in China (H University Y College) by using the evaluation model of the training quality of the top innovative talents. The evaluation results are consistent with the actual situation, and the constructive suggestions are given for the cultivation mode of Y College of H University.
