【摘要】：利益沖突問題是影響高校學(xué)術(shù)同行評(píng)議公信力的重要因素。高校學(xué)術(shù)同行評(píng)議按不同標(biāo)準(zhǔn)劃分呈現(xiàn)出多樣化的表現(xiàn)形態(tài),而根據(jù)利益沖突來源劃分的6種類型對(duì)利益沖突的治理最具有針對(duì)性的指導(dǎo)意義。高校學(xué)術(shù)同行評(píng)議利益沖突的產(chǎn)生根源包括社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、制度等四個(gè)層面。因此,防范與規(guī)避高校學(xué)術(shù)同行評(píng)議利益沖突,不僅要建設(shè)自主性、生態(tài)化高校學(xué)術(shù)共同體,提升評(píng)議專家的學(xué)術(shù)誠信品質(zhì)和職業(yè)倫理水平,還要培育非功利性、學(xué)術(shù)為本的高校文化,并構(gòu)建與完善高校學(xué)術(shù)同行評(píng)議制度。
[Abstract]:Conflict of interest is an important factor affecting the credibility of academic peer review in colleges and universities. The academic peer review of colleges and universities shows a variety of forms according to different standards, and the six types of academic peer review according to the source of conflict of interest have the most targeted guiding significance for the governance of conflict of interest. The origin of conflict of interest in academic peer review in colleges and universities includes four levels: society, economy, culture and system. Therefore, in order to prevent and avoid conflicts of interest in academic peer review in colleges and universities, we should not only build an independent, ecological academic community in colleges and universities, enhance the academic integrity quality and professional ethics level of appraisal experts, but also cultivate non-utilitarian interests. Academic-based university culture, and the construction and improvement of academic peer review system.
