【摘要】：高校畢業(yè)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育備受國(guó)家和社會(huì)的重視,但實(shí)踐表明,雖然各高校都在強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)生自主創(chuàng)業(yè),積極開(kāi)展創(chuàng)業(yè)教育,但是對(duì)畢業(yè)生創(chuàng)業(yè)意識(shí)的培養(yǎng)卻沒(méi)有真正落實(shí)到實(shí)處。文章以高校畢業(yè)生創(chuàng)業(yè)意識(shí)為主題,以南京市近10所在校大學(xué)生為研究對(duì)象,從大學(xué)生目前自主創(chuàng)業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀、重要性、影響因素以及提高大學(xué)生自主創(chuàng)業(yè)的有效途徑和策略等幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行研究分析,目的是培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)意識(shí),提高創(chuàng)業(yè)能力,積極引導(dǎo)高校畢業(yè)生主動(dòng)創(chuàng)業(yè),促進(jìn)自主創(chuàng)業(yè)長(zhǎng)效發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The entrepreneurship education of college graduates has been paid much attention by the country and society, but the practice shows that although all colleges and universities emphasize the students' independent entrepreneurship and actively carry out entrepreneurship education, the cultivation of graduates' entrepreneurial awareness has not really been put into practice. This paper takes the entrepreneurship consciousness of college graduates as the theme, and takes nearly 10 college students in Nanjing as the research object. From the current situation and importance of the college students' independent entrepreneurship, The influencing factors and the effective ways and strategies to improve college students' independent entrepreneurship are studied and analyzed in order to cultivate students' entrepreneurial awareness, improve their entrepreneurial ability, and actively guide college graduates to take the initiative to start a business. To promote the long-term development of independent entrepreneurship.
