基于朋輩教育的班導(dǎo)生工作制研究

【摘要】:全國(guó)高校思想政治工作會(huì)議后,如何更好地開展高校的思想政治教育工作,培養(yǎng)德才兼?zhèn)涞膬?yōu)秀青年學(xué)生成為一個(gè)新的課題。目前在校大學(xué)生都是“90后”,他們?cè)诔砷L(zhǎng)過(guò)程中由于受到社會(huì)政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、教育制度、家庭環(huán)境和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)手機(jī)的影響,形成了諸多特性,具有鮮明的時(shí)代特點(diǎn)。這些特性對(duì)目前的高校思想政治教育工作在自身隊(duì)伍、工作內(nèi)容和工作方式方面都提出了很大的挑戰(zhàn)。我們看到,近年來(lái),為增強(qiáng)高校德育的效果,廣大高校育人工作者對(duì)于育人的新途徑、新方法積極探索嘗試,經(jīng)過(guò)不懈努力,涌現(xiàn)出累累碩果。其中包括一部分大學(xué)開始探索朋輩教育并且逐漸在一些特定領(lǐng)域和平臺(tái)上運(yùn)用,取得了一些成效;谂筝吔逃陌鄬(dǎo)生制度也開始在一些高校進(jìn)行探索運(yùn)用,但仍存在很大的豐富和完善空間。本文圍繞探索當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的班導(dǎo)生工作制問題展開。從分析當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的思想行為特征入手,用查閱文獻(xiàn)以及對(duì)高校輔導(dǎo)員等思想政治教育工作者和學(xué)生的訪談等方法了解目前高校育人工作面臨的挑戰(zhàn),并在此基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合朋輩教育和個(gè)人從事學(xué)生工作的經(jīng)歷,總結(jié)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生特征下采用基于朋輩教育的班導(dǎo)生工作制來(lái)配合輔導(dǎo)員工作的方法,并對(duì)該方法進(jìn)行建制探究,以此增強(qiáng)高校思想政治教育工作的效果,滿足新形勢(shì)、新特征下育人工作的需要。本文前言部分主要討論了課題的研究背景、目的意義、研究現(xiàn)狀、研究方法和創(chuàng)新之處。正文主要包括三個(gè)部分:第一部分首先探討了當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的特性及特性形成的影響因素,并論述了當(dāng)代大學(xué)生特性對(duì)高校思想政治教育工作在工作內(nèi)容、工作方式和自身隊(duì)伍方面都提出了很大的挑戰(zhàn)。然后對(duì)朋輩教育進(jìn)行了概述,探討了朋輩教育的概念、發(fā)展進(jìn)程和特點(diǎn)意義;第二部分在前面分析論述的基礎(chǔ)上提出了朋輩教育的實(shí)踐新途徑——班導(dǎo)生工作制,并對(duì)班導(dǎo)生工作制和其在當(dāng)代大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作、補(bǔ)充輔導(dǎo)員制度和促進(jìn)班導(dǎo)生自我成長(zhǎng)方面的意義做了論述;第三部分詳細(xì)論述了班導(dǎo)生工作制建設(shè),對(duì)班導(dǎo)生的選拔、培訓(xùn)和管理,對(duì)班導(dǎo)生的工作內(nèi)容、工作原則,對(duì)如何建立班導(dǎo)生與輔導(dǎo)員協(xié)同配合模式以及和青年馬克思主義者培養(yǎng)工程對(duì)接進(jìn)行了論述。本文基于朋輩教育論述班導(dǎo)生工作制實(shí)施,在針對(duì)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生進(jìn)行思想政治教育工作方面具有積極的探索和實(shí)踐意義,是符合新形勢(shì)下高校思想政治教育現(xiàn)狀和目標(biāo)的。希望本研究?jī)?nèi)容能推動(dòng)班導(dǎo)生工作制在我國(guó)的高校思想政治教育工作中不斷得到推廣和發(fā)展,成為輔導(dǎo)員制度的有效補(bǔ)充,為促進(jìn)大學(xué)生的健康成長(zhǎng)和高等教育事業(yè)發(fā)展貢獻(xiàn)綿薄之力。
[Abstract]:After the National Conference on ideological and political work in colleges and universities, how to better carry out the ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and how to train outstanding young students with both moral and talented abilities has become a new topic. At present, college students are all "post-90s". They are influenced by social politics, economy, education system, family environment and Internet mobile phone during their growing up, they have many characteristics and have distinct characteristics of the times. These characteristics challenge the current ideological and political education in colleges and universities in terms of their own ranks, work contents and working methods. We can see that in recent years, in order to enhance the effect of moral education in colleges and universities, the vast number of educators in colleges and universities actively explore new ways and methods of educating people, and through unremitting efforts, they emerge with fruitful results. Among them, some universities began to explore peer education and gradually applied it to specific fields and platforms, and achieved some results. The class guidance system based on peer education has also been explored and applied in some colleges and universities, but there is still a lot of room for improvement. This article revolves around the exploration contemporary university student class guide student work system question unfolds. Starting with the analysis of the ideological and behavioral characteristics of contemporary college students, the author uses the methods of consulting literature and interviewing college counselors and other ideological and political educators and students to understand the challenges faced by the education work in colleges and universities. On this basis, combined with peer education and personal experience in student work, this paper summarizes the method of using the class guidance work system based on peer education to cooperate with the work of counselors under the characteristics of contemporary college students, and probes into the method. In order to enhance the effect of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, meet the needs of educating people under the new situation and new characteristics. The preface of this paper mainly discusses the research background, the purpose significance, the research present situation, the research method and the innovation. The main body consists of three parts: the first part discusses the characteristics of contemporary college students and the influence factors of their formation, and discusses the content of ideological and political education in colleges and universities by the characteristics of contemporary college students. The way we work and our team is challenging. Then it summarizes the peer education, discusses the concept, development process and characteristic significance of peer education. The second part puts forward a new practical approach to peer education based on the previous analysis. It also discusses the work system of class guide students and its significance in the ideological and political education work of contemporary college students, the supplementary counselor system and the promotion of the self-growth of the class guide students, the third part discusses the construction of the class guidance student work system in detail. This paper discusses the selection, training and management of class guidance students, the work contents and working principles of class guidance students, how to establish the cooperative cooperation model between class guidance students and counselors, and the docking with the young Marxist training project. Based on the peer education discussion, the implementation of the class guidance work system has positive exploration and practical significance in the aspect of ideological and political education for contemporary college students. It is in line with the present situation and goal of ideological and political education in colleges and universities under the new situation. It is hoped that this research can promote the system of class guidance students' work in the ideological and political education of colleges and universities in our country, and become an effective supplement to the system of counselors. To promote the healthy growth of college students and the development of higher education.
