新疆某高校預(yù)科生民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前國(guó)際、國(guó)內(nèi)形勢(shì)錯(cuò)綜復(fù)雜,新疆高校民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育的重要性日益凸顯,其教育成效事關(guān)新疆的社會(huì)穩(wěn)定和長(zhǎng)治久安。預(yù)科生是發(fā)展少數(shù)民族高等教育事業(yè)、推動(dòng)民族地區(qū)社會(huì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的后備力量,因其年齡階段使其正處于是非觀念形成的重要時(shí)期,在預(yù)科教育階段開展民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育更應(yīng)該引起高度重視。根據(jù)新疆高校預(yù)科生民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育的特質(zhì),有針對(duì)性地開展民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育,能夠?yàn)樯贁?shù)民族高等教育人才對(duì)民族團(tuán)結(jié)問(wèn)題的認(rèn)知奠定良好的基礎(chǔ),是推動(dòng)民族團(tuán)結(jié)進(jìn)步、增強(qiáng)中華民族凝聚力的戰(zhàn)略性工程。本研究圍繞提升新疆高校預(yù)科生民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育這一問(wèn)題進(jìn)行探索和分析。首先,對(duì)新疆高校預(yù)科生民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育的相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行梳理,并且對(duì)新疆高校預(yù)科生民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育的特殊性和重要性進(jìn)行分析。其次,通過(guò)機(jī)構(gòu)調(diào)研、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和座談訪談的方式了解新疆某高校預(yù)科生民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育現(xiàn)狀,認(rèn)真分析當(dāng)前預(yù)科生民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育中存在的問(wèn)題及產(chǎn)生原因,針對(duì)薄弱環(huán)節(jié)提出相應(yīng)的思考和對(duì)策探究。研究結(jié)果希望在理論層面豐富新疆高校民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育研究,在實(shí)踐層面提升新疆高校預(yù)科生民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育效果。本研究主要由以下幾部分組成:第一部分:緒論。闡釋研究背景、目的、意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究綜述;研究思路和研究方法;研究創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)和重、難點(diǎn)。第二部分:新疆高校預(yù)科生民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育相關(guān)內(nèi)容概述。梳理核心概念;歸納總結(jié)新疆高校預(yù)科生民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育的特殊性和重要性。為下文的論述展開鋪墊。第三部分:以新疆某高校為調(diào)查對(duì)象,分析新疆高校預(yù)科生的民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育現(xiàn)狀,梳理出新疆高校預(yù)科生民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育中存在的主要問(wèn)題及成因分析:新疆高校預(yù)科生的民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育尚未形成高度統(tǒng)一的教育格局;新疆高校部分民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育管理隊(duì)伍建設(shè)滯后;新疆高校預(yù)科生自身的有限性。第四部分:提出提升新疆高校預(yù)科生民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育的策略分析:一是嚴(yán)格遵循新疆高校預(yù)科生民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育原則;二是完善新疆高校預(yù)科生民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育的主要內(nèi)容;三是拓寬新疆高校預(yù)科生民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育的有效途徑;四是構(gòu)建新疆高校預(yù)科生民族團(tuán)結(jié)教育的保障機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:At present, the international and domestic situation is complicated, the importance of ethnic unity education in Xinjiang colleges and universities is increasingly prominent, and its educational effect is related to the social stability and long-term stability of Xinjiang. Matriculation students are the reserve force to develop ethnic minority higher education and promote social and economic development in minority areas, because of their age stage, they are in an important period of forming the concept of right and wrong. The education of national unity should be paid more attention to in the stage of preparatory education. According to the characteristics of ethnic unity education for the matriculation students in Xinjiang colleges and universities, the targeted development of national unity education can lay a good foundation for the cognition of ethnic unity problems by the talents of higher education of ethnic minorities, and is to promote the progress of national unity. The strategic project of strengthening the cohesion of the Chinese nation. This study explores and analyzes the promotion of ethnic unity education for matriculation students in Xinjiang colleges and universities. First of all, the related concepts of national unity education for preparatory college students in Xinjiang are combed out, and the particularity and importance of national unity education for preparatory students in Xinjiang colleges and universities are analyzed. Secondly, through the way of organization investigation, questionnaire investigation and interview, to understand the current situation of ethnic unity education of the preparatory students in a certain university in Xinjiang, and to analyze the problems and the causes of the current national unity education of the preparatory students. Put forward the corresponding thinking and countermeasures for weak links. The results of the study hope to enrich the research on ethnic unity education in Xinjiang colleges and universities in theory, and to promote the effect of ethnic unity education in Xinjiang colleges and universities in practice. This research consists of the following parts: the first part: introduction. Explain the research background, purpose, significance, domestic and foreign research review; research ideas and research methods; research innovation and heavy, difficult. The second part: Xinjiang university matriculation student national unity education related content outline. Combing the core concepts and summarizing the particularity and importance of the national unity education of the preparatory college students in Xinjiang. Lay the groundwork for the discussion below. The third part: taking a certain university in Xinjiang as the investigation object, analyzes the present situation of ethnic unity education of the preparatory college students in Xinjiang. Combing out the main problems and causes of ethnic unity education of the preparatory college students in Xinjiang: the national unity education of the preparatory college students in Xinjiang has not yet formed a highly unified educational pattern; The construction of part of ethnic unity educational management team in Xinjiang colleges and universities is lagging behind, and the limitation of Xinjiang college preparatory students themselves. The fourth part: put forward the strategy analysis of promoting the national unity education of the preparatory college students in Xinjiang: first, strictly follow the principles of national unity education of the preparatory students in Xinjiang, second, perfect the main content of the national unity education of the preparatory students in Xinjiang universities; The third is to broaden the effective way of ethnic unity education for the matriculation students in Xinjiang, and the fourth is to construct the guarantee mechanism of the ethnic unity education for the preparatory students in Xinjiang universities.
