美國博士生教育質(zhì)量保障的基本經(jīng)驗及啟示

【摘要】:在多年的發(fā)展與變革過程中,美國博士生教育質(zhì)量保障不僅取得了長足的發(fā)展,積累了諸多寶貴經(jīng)驗:重視院校的內(nèi)部自我評估;強化培養(yǎng)中內(nèi)部各環(huán)節(jié)的要求;注重發(fā)揮中介機構(gòu)的監(jiān)控作用;倡導內(nèi)外部質(zhì)量保障的互通;突出強調(diào)質(zhì)量標準的建設;注重發(fā)揮法律法規(guī)的保障作用。借鑒美國的經(jīng)驗,我國博士生教育質(zhì)量保障應強化內(nèi)部培養(yǎng)過程的管理,建立內(nèi)部自我評估的機制;完善相關(guān)組織機構(gòu)的建設,有效發(fā)揮中介機構(gòu)的作用;注重教育質(zhì)量標準的完善,加強相關(guān)法律法規(guī)的建設。
[Abstract]:In the course of many years' development and reform, American doctoral students' education quality assurance has not only made great progress, but also accumulated many valuable experiences: attaching importance to the internal self-evaluation of colleges, strengthening the requirements of internal links in training, and strengthening the quality assurance of doctoral education in the United States. Pay attention to the monitoring role of intermediary organizations; advocate the interworking of internal and external quality assurance; emphasize the construction of quality standards; pay attention to play the role of protection of laws and regulations. Based on the experience of the United States, the quality assurance of doctoral education in China should strengthen the management of the internal training process, establish the internal self-evaluation mechanism, perfect the construction of relevant organizations and give full play to the role of the intermediary organizations. Pay attention to the improvement of educational quality standards and strengthen the construction of relevant laws and regulations.
