【摘要】：21世紀對人才的要求既要全面發(fā)展,更要用創(chuàng)新、開放的視角接受新思想。21世紀全世界都在呼喚"培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新人才",創(chuàng)新人才已經(jīng)成為知識經(jīng)濟時代最稀缺的資源,創(chuàng)新人才推動人類文明進步。目前,創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)是社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展及國際化人才戰(zhàn)略的新需求。高等院校是培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新人才的重要基地。而思想政治教育作為一支重要的教育力量,也必須堅持與時俱進、不斷創(chuàng)新、不斷探索新的途徑和方法,擔負起高校創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)這一重任,這也是歷史賦予思想政治教育的使命和責任。導向作用、開發(fā)作用、育人作用和調(diào)節(jié)作用是思想政治教育在高校創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)中的主要作用。在高校創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)過程中充分發(fā)揮思想政治教育的作用,一方面有利于實現(xiàn)學生的全面發(fā)展,另一方面對于豐富和完善思想政治教育的理論體系有重要的意義。本文共分為五部分。第一部分,論述了論文的研究背景、研究目的、研究意義、研究方法、研究重點及國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀。第二部分,論述了創(chuàng)新、創(chuàng)新人才、以及高校創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)的內(nèi)涵,并進一步闡述新時期高校創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)的重要意義。第三部分,主要論述了思想政治教育在高校創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)中的導向、開發(fā)、育人、以及調(diào)節(jié)作用,同時也證明了思想政治教育在高校創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)中的重要地位。第四部分,通過運用問卷調(diào)查法和訪談法來研究思想政治教育的現(xiàn)狀,并深入挖掘思想政治教育在高校創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)中發(fā)揮作用的制約因素,并總結(jié)出思想政治教育在高校創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)中取得的成效和存在的不足。第五部分,為充分發(fā)揮思想政治教育在高校創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)中的作用,應進一步完善思想政治教育在教育理念、教育內(nèi)容、教育方法及教育環(huán)境等方面的不足,以便加快高校創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)腳步,并提高高校創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:The requirement for talents in the 21st Century is not only to develop in an all-round way, but also to use innovation, to accept new ideas from an open perspective. The world in the 21st century is calling for "cultivating innovative talents", which has become the scarcest resource in the era of knowledge economy. Innovative talents promote the progress of human civilization. At present, the cultivation of innovative talents is the new demand of social and economic development and international talent strategy. Colleges and universities are an important base for training innovative talents. As an important educational force, ideological and political education must persist in keeping pace with the times, constantly innovating, constantly exploring new ways and methods, and shouldering the important task of cultivating innovative talents in colleges and universities. This is also the mission and responsibility of ideological and political education entrusted by history. The role of guidance, development, education and regulation is the main role of ideological and political education in the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities. Giving full play to the role of ideological and political education in the process of cultivating innovative talents in colleges and universities, on the one hand, is conducive to the all-round development of students, on the other hand, it is of great significance to enrich and perfect the theoretical system of ideological and political education. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part discusses the research background, research purpose, research significance, research methods, research emphasis and research status at home and abroad. The second part discusses the connotation of innovation, innovative talents and the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities, and further expounds the important significance of the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities in the new period. The third part mainly discusses the guiding, developing, educating and regulating function of ideological and political education in the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities, and at the same time proves the important position of ideological and political education in the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities. The fourth part, through the use of questionnaires and interviews to study the current situation of ideological and political education, and explore the ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the cultivation of innovative talents to play a role in the constraints. And summed up the ideological and political education in the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities achieved results and shortcomings. In the fifth part, in order to give full play to the role of ideological and political education in the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities, we should further improve the deficiencies of ideological and political education in such aspects as educational concept, educational content, educational methods and educational environment. In order to speed up the pace of innovative talents training, and improve the quality of innovative talent training in colleges and universities.
