社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期大學(xué)生公共責(zé)任意識(shí)培育研究

【摘要】:公共責(zé)任意識(shí)的核心是公民參與公共生活領(lǐng)域時(shí)所具有的一種責(zé)任意識(shí),公民在公共生活領(lǐng)域中履行責(zé)任對(duì)公共利益負(fù)責(zé)任的行為是其外在體現(xiàn)。隨著社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的確立,公共領(lǐng)域不斷擴(kuò)展,公民在公共生活領(lǐng)域的交往較之以往更為密切,在公共生活領(lǐng)域的交往中,對(duì)公民良好的責(zé)任行為培育具有重要意義。大學(xué)生作為公民的重要組成部分,相對(duì)于公民的其他組成群體,有其獨(dú)特的個(gè)性與特征,對(duì)其進(jìn)行培育符合公民參與公共生活的內(nèi)在要求,也對(duì)和諧有序社會(huì)風(fēng)氣的營(yíng)造起到推動(dòng)作用。加之社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型的逐步深入,大學(xué)生公共責(zé)任意識(shí)缺乏的表現(xiàn)以及轉(zhuǎn)型期對(duì)于培育的應(yīng)然和實(shí)然變化,加大了對(duì)大學(xué)生公共責(zé)任意識(shí)的培育難度。在社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期的時(shí)代背景下,依據(jù)思想政治教育過程理論,從培育環(huán)體、培育主體、培育介體三方面分析培育存在的問題及探索問題產(chǎn)生背后的深層次原因,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出大學(xué)生公共責(zé)任意識(shí)培育的路徑,主要從大學(xué)生自身、培育內(nèi)容、培育環(huán)境、培育載體四部分進(jìn)行論述。全文共分為五章:第一章為緒論。主要是對(duì)這一選題的研究目的、意義、研究綜述、相關(guān)概念、創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)等方面進(jìn)行介紹,主要對(duì)大學(xué)生公共責(zé)任意識(shí)進(jìn)行闡述,并對(duì)相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行區(qū)分。第二章論述社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期大學(xué)生公共責(zé)任意識(shí)培育的重要性。結(jié)合社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期的時(shí)代特征,從必要性、培育時(shí)代價(jià)值兩方面體現(xiàn)大學(xué)生公共責(zé)任意識(shí)培育的時(shí)代訴求。第一部分主要從社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期公共領(lǐng)域的拓展和公民社會(huì)的發(fā)展提出對(duì)其培育的必要性,第二部分從豐富公共精神內(nèi)容方面體現(xiàn)對(duì)其培育的時(shí)代價(jià)值。第三章闡述社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期大學(xué)生公共責(zé)任意識(shí)的培育困境。從動(dòng)態(tài)的角度結(jié)合社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期的諸多特征,分析現(xiàn)階段培育環(huán)境變化產(chǎn)生的負(fù)面影響、培育主體大學(xué)生自身問題表現(xiàn)以及培育介體應(yīng)用等方面存在的不足,對(duì)于培育應(yīng)當(dāng)達(dá)到的應(yīng)然目標(biāo)與實(shí)然狀況進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期大學(xué)生公共責(zé)任意識(shí)培育的應(yīng)然與實(shí)然相脫節(jié)的表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行梳理。第四章探尋社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期大學(xué)生公共責(zé)任意識(shí)培育困境的原因。分別從大學(xué)生自身的主觀方面以及社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期對(duì)大學(xué)生公共責(zé)任意識(shí)培育的內(nèi)容、環(huán)境、載體幾方面出現(xiàn)的新變化來思考。在闡述的過程中,緊扣社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期的時(shí)代背景,分析培育困境歸因。第五章探析社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期大學(xué)生公共責(zé)任意識(shí)培育路徑。在原因分析的基礎(chǔ)上,緊緊圍繞大學(xué)生自身以及對(duì)其培育的內(nèi)容、載體、環(huán)境這幾個(gè)方面來探究公共責(zé)任意識(shí)培育的路徑,不斷豐富培育內(nèi)容、形成有效的環(huán)境場(chǎng)域影響從大學(xué)生本身需求出發(fā),將各個(gè)措施落實(shí)到實(shí)處,形成動(dòng)態(tài)化、有效化的培育路徑。
[Abstract]:The core of public responsibility consciousness is a sense of responsibility that citizens have when they participate in the field of public life. With the establishment of socialist market economy system and the continuous expansion of the public sphere, the communication of citizens in the field of public life is closer than before. In the field of public life, it is of great significance to cultivate good responsible behavior of citizens. College students, as an important part of citizens, have their unique personality and characteristics compared with other constituent groups of citizens, and the cultivation of them conforms to the inherent requirements of citizens' participation in public life. It also promotes the construction of harmonious and orderly social atmosphere. In addition, with the deepening of social transformation, the lack of public responsibility awareness of college students and the transformation of the cultivation of natural and practical changes, has increased the difficulty of cultivating the awareness of public responsibility of college students. Under the background of the social transition period, according to the theory of ideological and political education process, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation and the deep reasons behind the problems from three aspects: cultivating the environment, cultivating the main body and cultivating the medium. On this basis, this paper puts forward the way to cultivate the public responsibility consciousness of college students, mainly from four parts: the university students themselves, the cultivation content, the cultivation environment and the cultivation carrier. The full text is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is an introduction. It mainly introduces the research purpose, significance, research summary, related concepts, innovation points of this topic, mainly expounds the awareness of public responsibility of college students, and distinguishes the related concepts. The second chapter discusses the importance of cultivating the consciousness of public responsibility of college students in the period of social transformation. In combination with the characteristics of the times in the social transition period, it embodies the demands of the times for the cultivation of college students' consciousness of public responsibility from the aspects of necessity and the value of the times. The first part mainly puts forward the necessity of cultivating the public sphere and the development of civil society in the social transition period. The second part embodies the value of the times in terms of enriching the content of public spirit. The third chapter expounds the difficult position of cultivating the consciousness of public responsibility of college students in the period of social transformation. From the dynamic point of view, combined with the characteristics of social transformation period, this paper analyzes the negative effects of the current cultivation environment changes, the problems of cultivating the main college students and the application of the mediators, and so on. This paper analyzes the objective and actual situation of cultivation, and combs the disjointed performance of the cultivation of public responsibility consciousness of college students in the period of social transformation. Chapter four explores the reasons for the dilemma of cultivating the consciousness of public responsibility of college students in the period of social transformation. From the subjective aspects of college students and the social transformation of the public responsibility awareness of college students to cultivate the content, environment, carrier several aspects of the new changes to think. In the process of elaboration, the background of the social transition period is closely followed, and the attribution of cultivation dilemma is analyzed. The fifth chapter explores the cultivation path of college students'public responsibility consciousness in the social transition period. On the basis of cause analysis, this paper focuses on the content, carrier and environment of the cultivation of college students to explore the ways to cultivate the consciousness of public responsibility and enrich the contents of cultivation. The formation of effective environmental field influence starts from the needs of college students, and puts all measures into practice to form a dynamic and effective cultivation path.
