【摘要】：基于"從上而下""由內到外"和"從后向前"的不同維度,我國高校管理文化的生成來源于行政文化—學術文化、國外管理文化-國內管理文化、傳統(tǒng)管理文化-現(xiàn)代管理文化的融合,在發(fā)展的過程中出現(xiàn)了重行政輕學術、重引進輕本土、重科學輕人文等現(xiàn)實困境。依據"上下聯(lián)動、內外相交、前后相顧"的優(yōu)化路徑有利于構建多元整合的高校管理文化體系。
[Abstract]:Based on the different dimensions of "from top to bottom" from inside to outside "and" from back to forward ", the formation of university management culture in China comes from administrative culture-academic culture, foreign management culture-domestic management culture. With the integration of traditional management culture and modern management culture, there are some practical difficulties in the process of development, such as attaching importance to administration, attaching importance to the introduction of science and technology, and attaching importance to the introduction of science and humanity. According to the optimized path of "linking up and down, intersecting inside and outside, and looking forward to each other", it is helpful to construct a pluralistic and integrated management culture system in colleges and universities.
