【摘要】：兩岸文化同宗同源,但政治制度和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展迥異,探究在此背景下的兩岸大學(xué)生就業(yè)流動(dòng)的性別差異問(wèn)題,可反思自身不足,互為借鑒,共同推進(jìn)兩岸大學(xué)生就業(yè)流動(dòng)中的性別和諧發(fā)展。以階層流動(dòng)、城鄉(xiāng)流動(dòng)、行業(yè)流動(dòng)作為大學(xué)生就業(yè)流動(dòng)的考察維度,引入"性別偏向指數(shù)",以福建省和臺(tái)灣地區(qū)的大學(xué)生就業(yè)流動(dòng)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)為例,進(jìn)行了兩岸大學(xué)生就業(yè)流動(dòng)的性別差異分析。研究結(jié)果顯示:兩岸的男大學(xué)生向優(yōu)勢(shì)階層流入率均高于女大學(xué)生;兩岸都存在較為明顯的行業(yè)性別隔離;在城鄉(xiāng)流動(dòng)中,農(nóng)村對(duì)男性的推力上呈現(xiàn)"陸強(qiáng)臺(tái)弱"。要促進(jìn)兩岸大學(xué)生就業(yè)流動(dòng)中的性別和諧,需警惕傳統(tǒng)性別文化的消極復(fù)歸,革除高等教育內(nèi)部的性別隔離,提供促進(jìn)兩性在城鄉(xiāng)自由流動(dòng)的服務(wù)供給。
[Abstract]:The two sides of the Taiwan Strait share the same culture, but the political system and economic development are very different. To explore the gender differences in the employment flow of college students on both sides of the Taiwan Strait under this background, one can reflect on one's own shortcomings and draw lessons from each other. Jointly promote the harmonious development of gender in the employment flow of college students on both sides of the Taiwan Strait. Taking class mobility, urban and rural mobility and industry mobility as the investigation dimension of college students' employment mobility, this paper introduces "gender bias index", taking the survey data of employment mobility of Fujian and Taiwan as examples. This paper analyzes the gender difference of the employment flow of college students on both sides of the Taiwan Strait. The results show that the inflow rate of male college students to superior stratum is higher than that of female college students; there is obvious sex segregation in industries on both sides of the strait; in urban and rural mobility, the thrust of rural areas to men is "Lu strong and weak". In order to promote the gender harmony in the employment flow of college students on both sides of the Taiwan Strait, we should guard against the negative return of traditional gender culture, eliminate the gender segregation within higher education, and provide services to promote the free flow of both sexes in urban and rural areas.
