【摘要】：培育具有工匠精神的大學(xué)生是我國從制造大國向制造強(qiáng)國轉(zhuǎn)變的迫切需要,培育大學(xué)生工匠精神是高校基本職能的時代溢出與應(yīng)然回歸。人才培養(yǎng)的職能表達(dá)高校培育大學(xué)生工匠精神的本質(zhì)規(guī)定;科學(xué)研究的職能澄明高校培育大學(xué)生工匠精神的具象生成;服務(wù)社會的職能彰顯高校培育大學(xué)生工匠精神的價值取向;文化傳承創(chuàng)新的職能蘊含高校培育大學(xué)生工匠精神的應(yīng)然選擇。
[Abstract]:Cultivating college students with craftsman spirit is an urgent need for our country to transform from a big manufacturing country to a powerful manufacturing country. Cultivating the craftsman spirit of college students is the era overflow and natural return of the basic functions of colleges and universities. The function of talent training expresses the essential stipulation of cultivating the craftsman spirit of college students, and the function of scientific research clarifies the concrete formation of the craftsman spirit of university students. The function of serving the society shows the value orientation of cultivating the craftsman spirit of college students, and the function of cultural inheritance and innovation contains the necessary choice of cultivating the craftsman spirit of university students.
