【摘要】：高校危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)試劑庫(kù)建設(shè)因缺乏設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范常陷入"已建不達(dá)標(biāo),想建無(wú)法建,不建更危險(xiǎn)"的困境。為此,開展了"高等學(xué)校化學(xué)試劑庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范"研究。該文討論了編制設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范的背景、意義和原則,闡述了規(guī)范的編制方法和應(yīng)用實(shí)踐。設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范對(duì)于高校�；穾�(kù)建設(shè)及提升安全水平具有現(xiàn)實(shí)的必要性、緊迫性和實(shí)用性。
[Abstract]:Because of the lack of design criterion, the construction of dangerous chemical reagent storehouse in colleges and universities often falls into the dilemma of "not up to standard, if you want to build it, it is more dangerous". Therefore, a study on the Design Specification of Chemical Reagent Library in Colleges and Universities was carried out. This paper discusses the background, significance and principle of compiling design specification. The design specification has realistic necessity, urgency and practicability for the construction of dangerous chemicals storehouse in colleges and universities and the improvement of safety level.
