大學(xué)生能力發(fā)展及其影響因素分析——基于西安交通大學(xué)大學(xué)生就讀經(jīng)歷的調(diào)查

【摘要】:整合院校影響模型及學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境理論,基于西安交通大學(xué)本科生就讀經(jīng)歷的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),分析了大學(xué)生能力發(fā)展及其影響因素。結(jié)果顯示:(1)大學(xué)生能力發(fā)展不均衡。代表學(xué)生認(rèn)知能力和非認(rèn)知能力發(fā)展的三個指標(biāo),增值有多有少。(2)不同因素對學(xué)生能力發(fā)展的影響在程度和方向上存在差異。在程度上,背景因素、學(xué)生投入和學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境這三個因素的影響力依次遞增;而且,課堂環(huán)境的影響大于校園氛圍的影響,常規(guī)投入的影響大于在線投入的影響。在方向上,學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境和學(xué)生投入的不同維度的影響,有的積極,有的消極。高校應(yīng)重視學(xué)生能力的均衡發(fā)展,構(gòu)建有利的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境,鼓勵和支持主動學(xué)習(xí),合理設(shè)計教學(xué),規(guī)避被動學(xué)習(xí)。
[Abstract]:Based on the investigation data of undergraduate students' experience in Xi'an Jiaotong University, this paper analyzes the ability development of college students and its influencing factors. The results show that: (1) the ability development of college students is not balanced. The three indicators representing the development of students' cognitive ability and non-cognitive ability are more or less value-added. (2) the influence of different factors on the development of students' ability is different in degree and direction. In degree, the influence of background factor, student input and learning environment increases in turn; moreover, the influence of classroom environment is greater than that of campus atmosphere, and the influence of conventional investment is greater than that of online investment. In the direction, the influence of different dimensions of learning environment and students' input, some positive, some negative. Colleges and universities should pay attention to the balanced development of students' ability, build a favorable learning environment, encourage and support active learning, design teaching reasonably and avoid passive learning.
