【摘要】：對青海省高校少數(shù)民族大學本科生就業(yè)觀念的問卷調(diào)查顯示:少數(shù)民族大學生在就業(yè)認知層面,社會認知較為客觀,但自我認知相對消極,職業(yè)認知趨向謀生型;在就業(yè)情感層面,就業(yè)心態(tài)積極向上,但就業(yè)競爭意識缺乏而就業(yè)期望過高;在就業(yè)行動傾向?qū)用?多選擇在西部地區(qū)和穩(wěn)定單位就業(yè),自主創(chuàng)業(yè)意識尚未成熟。政府應高度重視少數(shù)民族大學生就業(yè)問題,為其創(chuàng)造更多的就業(yè)機會,并積極引導其自主創(chuàng)業(yè)。
[Abstract]:A questionnaire survey on the employment concept of undergraduates in colleges and universities of Qinghai Province shows that the social cognition of minority college students is more objective, but their self-cognition is relatively negative, and their professional cognition tends to earn a living; At the employment emotion level, the employment mentality is positive, but the employment competition consciousness is lack and the employment expectation is too high; in the employment action tendency level, the choice is in the western region and the stable unit employment, the independent enterprise consciousness is not yet mature. The government should attach great importance to the employment of minority college students, create more employment opportunities for them, and actively guide them to start their own businesses.
