【摘要】：[目的 /意義]為啟發(fā)我國高�？蒲袛�(shù)據(jù)管理工作,介紹并分析國外高�？蒲袛�(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)需求識別模型,為我國高校開展科研數(shù)據(jù)管理服務(wù)提供參考借鑒。[方法 /過程]采用文獻研究和案例分析方法,比較國外高校科研數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)需求識別模型、實施過程和方法,分析模型特點,從而提出對我國的啟示。[結(jié)果 /結(jié)論]國外高�？蒲袛�(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)需求識別分需求調(diào)查和需求評估兩個主要環(huán)節(jié),模型功能各有側(cè)重,使用指導(dǎo)詳盡具體,實施過程彈性靈活。建議我國高校在采用上述模型進行科研數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)需求識別研究時,應(yīng)以科研項目或團隊為調(diào)查范圍,與調(diào)查對象建立良好的溝通,并根據(jù)具體情況進行彈性調(diào)整。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] in order to enlighten the work of scientific research data management in colleges and universities in China, this paper introduces and analyzes the identification model of the demand for scientific research data service in foreign colleges and universities, and provides reference for the development of scientific research data management service in colleges and universities of our country. [methods] by using the methods of literature study and case analysis, this paper compares the identification model, the implementation process and the method, and the characteristics of the model of scientific research data service in foreign universities and colleges, and puts forward the enlightenment to our country. [results / conclusion] the demand identification of scientific research data service in foreign colleges and universities is divided into two main links: demand investigation and demand assessment. The function of the model has its own emphasis, the guidance is detailed and concrete, and the process of implementation is flexible. It is suggested that colleges and universities in our country should take the scientific research project or team as the scope of investigation, establish good communication with the investigation object, and make flexible adjustment according to the concrete situation when using the model to identify the demand of scientific research data service.
