【摘要】：本文運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)化案例分析方法,以德國(guó)"卓越計(jì)劃"為背景,翔實(shí)分析了亞琛工業(yè)大學(xué)在跨學(xué)科戰(zhàn)略定位、跨學(xué)科學(xué)術(shù)組織結(jié)構(gòu)、跨學(xué)科學(xué)術(shù)組織運(yùn)行機(jī)制特色、跨學(xué)科教學(xué)模式和研究模式等方面的特色實(shí)踐與關(guān)鍵特征�；诖�,本文對(duì)我國(guó)研究型大學(xué)和研究教學(xué)型大學(xué)有效實(shí)施跨學(xué)科戰(zhàn)略和學(xué)術(shù)組織變革提出了針對(duì)性政策建議。
[Abstract]:In this paper, using the method of structured case analysis and taking the "excellence plan" in Germany as the background, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the characteristics of the interdisciplinary strategic orientation, the interdisciplinary academic organization structure and the operational mechanism of the interdisciplinary academic organization in Aachen Polytechnic University. The practice and key features of cross-disciplinary teaching mode and research mode. Based on this, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions for the effective implementation of the interdisciplinary strategy and the reform of academic organization in the research universities and research teaching universities in China.
