【摘要】：在中央高度重視思想政治理論課的大背景下,原有的僅僅指向高校學(xué)生的單一育人模式亟待改進(jìn),需要指向師生雙向需求的整體育人模式。當(dāng)前條件下,我國高校普遍重視學(xué)生的思想政治教育,而忽略了對教職員工進(jìn)行思想政治教育的必要性,可見,當(dāng)前高校的思想政治教育工作缺乏整體性思維。在師生共育的大視野下對高校大思政育人模式進(jìn)行改革和創(chuàng)新,不僅需要端正政治方向,而且需要全社會的共同努力,這樣才能最終達(dá)到高校思想政治教育的理想境界。
[Abstract]:Under the background that the central government attaches great importance to the ideological and political theory course, the original single education mode which only points to the college students needs to be improved urgently, and it needs to be directed to the overall education mode of the two-way demand of teachers and students. Under the current conditions, colleges and universities in our country generally attach importance to the ideological and political education of students, while neglecting the necessity of ideological and political education for the teaching staff. It can be seen that the ideological and political education work in colleges and universities lacks the overall thinking at present. In order to achieve the ideal state of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, it is necessary not only to correct the political direction but also to make joint efforts of the whole society to reform and innovate the mode of ideological and political education in colleges and universities from the perspective of co-education between teachers and students.
