當代大學生契約精神培育研究

【摘要】：2014年中共十八屆四中全會通過的《中共中央關(guān)于全面依法治國若干重大問題的決定》提出要"強化規(guī)則意識,倡導契約精神。"契約精神是公民社會公共生活領(lǐng)域中的一種公共精神,是公民在公共生活領(lǐng)域處理"首屬群體"內(nèi)部以及"陌生人群"之間關(guān)系的行為規(guī)范與價值守則。大學生作為實現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復興的中堅力量,契約精神水平的高低對全社會契約精神的提高以及全面依法治國事業(yè)的發(fā)展都有深遠的影響。因此,在全面依法治國背景下,要形成以高校為主陣地,以社會和家庭為依托,以大學生自我教育為內(nèi)驅(qū)的契約精神培育模式,促進大學生契約精神的養(yǎng)成。本文將當代大學生契約精神培育作為研究目標,從四個方面對大學生契約精神的培育做了相關(guān)論述。第一章,對契約精神的含義和內(nèi)容進行了闡釋,從踐行社會主義核心價值觀、推進依法治國的時代進程、實現(xiàn)大學生自身的全面發(fā)展三個方面對大學生契約精神培育的必要性進行了客觀描述,并從大學生法治觀念的養(yǎng)成、大學生綜合素質(zhì)的提升以及整個社會契約環(huán)境的形成等方面對大學生契約精神培育的重要現(xiàn)實意義進行了相關(guān)論述。第二章,對當代大學生契約精神培育中取得的成就,存在的問題進行了探討,并試圖挖掘問題出現(xiàn)的深層原因。十八屆四中全會以來,契約精神的研究得到加強,但在契約精神培育方面依然缺乏足夠的重視,大學生契約精神培育的針對性、實效性、整體性仍需進一步強化。我國高校的功利化教育、家庭傳統(tǒng)教育觀念、大學生認知心理與行為不成熟等因素是導致大學生契約精神培育不足的重要因素。第三章,對國外大學生契約精神培育的實踐經(jīng)驗進行梳理、歸納、總結(jié),得出了對我國大學生契約精神培育幾個方面的啟示:以人為本的教育理念是契約精神培育的思想前提;系統(tǒng)化的人文教育是契約精神培育的核心;實踐性的教育模式是契約精神培育的關(guān)鍵;規(guī)范化的誠信檔案是契約精神培育的保障等。第四章,提出了對我國大學生進行契約精神培育的有效路徑。以高等院校為主陣地建立健全大學生契約精神培育體系,將思想政治課的理論培育與課外的實踐活動相結(jié)合,構(gòu)建學生誠信檔案,全面落實依法治校,塑造契約型人際場,優(yōu)化校園契約環(huán)境;以社會和家庭為平臺構(gòu)建良好的契約環(huán)境,努力營造自由、平等、誠信、守法的契約氛圍;以大學生的自我教育為助力促進其契約意識的提升和契約行為的實踐。
[Abstract]:The "decision of the CPC Central Committee on several important issues of ruling the country according to Law in an All-round way" adopted at the fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee in 2014 proposed to "strengthen the sense of rules and advocate the spirit of contract." The spirit of contract is a kind of public spirit in the field of public life of civil society. It is the code of conduct and value for citizens to deal with the relationship between "the first group" and "the group of strangers" in the field of public life. College students as the backbone of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, the level of the spirit of contract has a profound impact on the improvement of the spirit of contract in the whole society and the development of the cause of governing the country according to law in an all-round way. Therefore, under the background of ruling the country according to law, we should form the cultivation mode of contract spirit, which is based on colleges and universities, relying on society and family, and taking college students' self-education as internal drive, so as to promote the cultivation of college students' contractual spirit. This paper takes the cultivation of contemporary college students' contract spirit as the research goal, and discusses the cultivation of college students' contract spirit from four aspects. The first chapter explains the meaning and content of the spirit of contract, from the practice of socialist core values, to promote the process of governing the country according to law. The necessity of cultivating the spirit of college students' contract is described objectively from the three aspects of realizing the all-round development of college students themselves, and the concept of rule of law of college students is formed from the perspective of the rule of law. The promotion of college students' comprehensive quality and the formation of the whole social contract environment are related to the practical significance of the cultivation of college students' contractual spirit. The second chapter discusses the achievements and problems in the cultivation of the spirit of contract of contemporary college students, and tries to dig out the deep causes of the problems. Since the fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, the study of contract spirit has been strengthened, but the cultivation of contract spirit is still lack of enough attention. The pertinence, effectiveness and integrity of college students' contract spirit cultivation still need to be further strengthened. Such factors as utilitarian education, traditional educational concept of family, cognitive psychology and immature behavior of college students are the important factors leading to insufficient cultivation of college students' contractual spirit. In the third chapter, the author sorts out, summarizes and summarizes the practical experience of cultivating the contractual spirit of college students abroad, and concludes the enlightenment of the cultivation of the contractual spirit of college students in China: the people-oriented educational concept is the ideological premise of the cultivation of the contractual spirit; Systematic humanistic education is the core of contract spirit cultivation; practical education mode is the key to contract spirit cultivation; standardized credit file is the guarantee of contract spirit cultivation. Chapter four puts forward the effective way to cultivate the spirit of contract for college students in our country. Taking colleges and universities as the main position, we should establish and perfect the cultivation system of college students' contract spirit, combine the theoretical cultivation of ideological and political courses with extracurricular practical activities, construct the archives of students' honesty and credit, comprehensively carry out the administration of schools according to law, and shape the contractual interpersonal field. Optimize the campus contract environment, build a good contract environment on the platform of society and family, and strive to create a contract atmosphere of freedom, equality, honesty and law-abiding; The self-education of college students promotes the promotion of contract consciousness and the practice of contract behavior.
