地方本科院校轉(zhuǎn)型的建設(shè)框架與實(shí)施保障

【摘要】:引導(dǎo)一批普通本科高等學(xué)校轉(zhuǎn)型為應(yīng)用技術(shù)類型高等學(xué)校,發(fā)展本科層次高等職業(yè)教育是我國(guó)職業(yè)教育完善頂層設(shè)計(jì)、實(shí)現(xiàn)跨越式發(fā)展的根本保證。當(dāng)前,地方本科院校轉(zhuǎn)型主要面臨院校定位不清、學(xué)生的評(píng)價(jià)與教師的結(jié)構(gòu)比較單一、院校服務(wù)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的能力跟不上產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的需求等問(wèn)題。地方本科院校轉(zhuǎn)型是一項(xiàng)長(zhǎng)期的系統(tǒng)工程,需要從人才培養(yǎng)定位、學(xué)生評(píng)價(jià)、師資建設(shè)、產(chǎn)學(xué)研一體化等方面構(gòu)建轉(zhuǎn)型的大致框架,以政府的良性指導(dǎo)、行業(yè)企業(yè)的深度參與、高職與應(yīng)用本科的有效銜接作為實(shí)施保障,從而切實(shí)滿足我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展對(duì)高技能人才和應(yīng)用型人才的需求。
[Abstract]:It is the fundamental guarantee for China's vocational education to perfect the top-level design and realize the leap-forward development by leading a group of ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities to transform into applied technology colleges and universities, and to develop higher vocational education at the undergraduate level. At present, the transformation of local colleges and universities is mainly faced with problems such as unclear orientation of colleges and universities, single structure of students' evaluation and teachers, and the ability of colleges and universities to serve local economic development can not keep up with the needs of industrial transformation and upgrading. The transformation of local undergraduate colleges and universities is a long-term systematic project, which needs to construct the general framework of the transformation from the aspects of talent training orientation, student evaluation, teacher construction, integration of production, education and research, etc., with the good guidance of the government and the deep participation of the industry and enterprises, The effective link between higher vocational education and applied undergraduate course is the guarantee of implementation, so as to meet the demand of high skill talents and applied talents in our country's economic development.
