【摘要】：信息時(shí)代高等教育變革引發(fā)教學(xué)范式向?qū)W習(xí)范式的轉(zhuǎn)變,高等教育中教和學(xué)的一切環(huán)節(jié)都發(fā)生了根本的改變,教育理念、教育價(jià)值觀、課堂教學(xué)、教學(xué)組織與實(shí)施、學(xué)習(xí)與考核的方式已經(jīng)完全不同。在學(xué)習(xí)范式下,大學(xué)發(fā)展、教學(xué)發(fā)展、個(gè)人發(fā)展和學(xué)生發(fā)展的融合賦予了教師發(fā)展理論模型構(gòu)建的新內(nèi)涵。在實(shí)踐探索中,教師教學(xué)發(fā)展中心作為大學(xué)教學(xué)內(nèi)部支持性組織機(jī)構(gòu),適應(yīng)信息化時(shí)代教師發(fā)展需要,應(yīng)以學(xué)習(xí)為中心,推動(dòng)大學(xué)組織變革;以教學(xué)文化為引導(dǎo),提升教師教學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)能力;以支持性為基本原則,助力教師職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展;以學(xué)習(xí)效果為導(dǎo)向,關(guān)注學(xué)生發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The transformation of higher education in the information age leads to the transformation of teaching paradigm to learning paradigm. All aspects of teaching and learning in higher education have undergone fundamental changes. Educational concepts, educational values, classroom teaching, teaching organization and implementation have taken place. The way of study and examination has been completely different. Under the learning paradigm, the combination of university development, teaching development, personal development and student development endows the new connotation of the theoretical model of teacher development. In practice and exploration, as a supporting organization in university teaching, teacher teaching development center should take learning as the center to promote the reform of university organization, take teaching culture as the guide, and adapt to the needs of teachers' development in the information age. Improve teachers' academic ability in teaching; support as the basic principle to help teachers' career development; take learning effect as the guide, pay attention to the development of students.
