陜西省屬普通本科院校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課實(shí)施現(xiàn)狀與對策研究
[Abstract]:College students are the valuable talent resources, the hope of the society and the future of our country. In recent years, the employment situation of college students is increasingly severe, and has become a social problem. The employment ability of most graduates in colleges and universities is not high. Although there are many factors that affect the employment ability of college students, whether the employment guidance courses are carried out effectively is one of the important factors affecting the employment ability of college students. Employment guidance course plays an important role in training college students' employment ability, good professional accomplishment and cultivating high quality talents with all-round development in colleges and universities. Therefore, it has become a society to attach importance to and strengthen the development of employment guidance courses. The notice of the General Office of the State Council on how to do a good job in the Employment of ordinary College graduates in 2007 requires colleges and universities to incorporate employment guidance courses into the university curriculum system. Colleges and universities have taken the employment guidance course as a public course. At the same time, the General Office of the Ministry of Education issued a circular on the Teaching requirements for the course of career Development and Employment guidance for College students. The teaching methods and the organization, management and evaluation of the career guidance course are required. This topic takes the employment guidance course as the core, the curriculum and the teaching theory as the subject background, takes 7 representative provincial colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province as the sample universities, the article uses the literature review method, the questionnaire method. The interview method carries on the qualitative and quantitative analysis to the employment guidance class question and the influence factor, the solution measure. This study expounds the research situation of the employment guidance course at home and abroad, defines the related concepts, and lays a foundation for the further development of this subject. On this basis, through questionnaires and interviews, the managers, teachers and students of the organization and management departments of the employment guidance courses in 7 colleges and universities were investigated. In the questionnaire of management managers and teachers, from the understanding of employment guidance class, the implementation of employment guidance classes, curriculum and teaching aspects, teachers and other related information, This paper summarizes the problems existing in the actual development of the employment guidance curriculum, and analyzes the reasons for these problems. The main reasons are as follows: the understanding of the employment guidance course is not clear, the implementation of the relevant national policies is not in place; The curriculum and teaching system is lack of rationality and science; the investment of the course is insufficient, the construction of teaching equipment is not perfect, the teaching ability of teachers is not high, and the examination mechanism of curriculum and teaching is not perfect. Finally, the strategy of improving employment guidance courses in colleges and universities should include the following aspects: first, colleges and universities should pay more attention to employment guidance courses; second, strengthen the implementation of relevant national policies; third, Improve the course and teaching system of employment guidance; fourth, implement the financial guarantee of employment guidance; fifth, strengthen the construction of the teaching staff of employment guidance; sixthly, improve the evaluation mechanism of employment guidance courses and teachers. The development of the employment guidance course is not only the implementation of the national policy, but also the correct understanding of the employment guidance course, through the improvement of the curriculum, the teaching and the teaching staff. The funds guarantee can improve the problems existing in the course of employment guidance and contribute to the employment rate of college students.
