陜西省屬普通本科院校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課實(shí)施現(xiàn)狀與對策研究

【摘要】:大學(xué)生是我國高校寶貴的人才資源,是社會(huì)的希望,是國家的未來。近年來,大學(xué)生的就業(yè)形勢日益嚴(yán)峻,并已成為一個(gè)社會(huì)問題。高校中大多數(shù)的畢業(yè)生就業(yè)能力不高,雖然影響大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力的因素有很多,但就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課是否有效開展是影響大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力的重要因素之一。就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課在培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生的就業(yè)能力,良好的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)以及高校培養(yǎng)全面發(fā)展的高素質(zhì)人才中起著重要指導(dǎo)作用。因此,重視和加強(qiáng)就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課的開展已成為社會(huì)、學(xué)校以及學(xué)生自身的需求。《國務(wù)院辦公廳關(guān)于切實(shí)做好2007年普通高等學(xué)校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)工作的通知》中要求高校要將就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課程納入大學(xué)課程體系中,各高校已經(jīng)將就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課作為一門公共課進(jìn)行開展。同時(shí),教育部辦公廳印發(fā)了關(guān)于《大學(xué)生職業(yè)發(fā)展與就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課程教學(xué)要求》的通知,對高校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課程體系,教學(xué)內(nèi)容、師資力量,教學(xué)方式以及就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課的組織管理與評估做出了相關(guān)要求。本課題以就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課為核心,以課程與教學(xué)論為學(xué)科背景,以陜西省7所不同地區(qū)且具有代表性的省屬高校為樣本院校,文章運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)綜述法、問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法對就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課所存在的問題以及影響因素、解決措施進(jìn)行定性、定量分析。本研究闡述了就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課在國內(nèi)外研究的情況,對相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了界定,從而為本課題的進(jìn)一步開展奠定了研究基礎(chǔ)。在此基礎(chǔ)之上,通過調(diào)查問卷與訪談的方式,對7所高校中就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課的組織管理部門的管理者、老師、各個(gè)年級段的學(xué)生進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,在管理部門管理者與老師的調(diào)查問卷中,從對就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課的認(rèn)識,就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課的實(shí)施情況,課程與教學(xué)方面,師資隊(duì)伍等相關(guān)情況進(jìn)行了解,總結(jié)出就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課程實(shí)際開展過程中存在的問題,分析出形成這些問題的原因,主要表現(xiàn)在:對就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課的認(rèn)識不明確;對國家相關(guān)政策的落實(shí)不到位;課程與教學(xué)體系缺乏合理、科學(xué)性;開設(shè)課程的經(jīng)費(fèi)投入不足,教學(xué)設(shè)備建設(shè)不完善;教師教學(xué)能力不高;對課程與教學(xué)的考核機(jī)制不完善。最后,有針對性地提出提高高等院校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課的策略應(yīng)包括以下幾個(gè)方面:一、高等院校加強(qiáng)對就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課程的重視程度;二、加強(qiáng)對國家相關(guān)政策的落實(shí);三、改進(jìn)就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課課程與教學(xué)體系;四、落實(shí)好就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課程的經(jīng)費(fèi)保障;五、加強(qiáng)就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè);六、完善對就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課程、教師的考核機(jī)制。對就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課的開展不僅僅是對國家政策的落實(shí),更重要的對就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課的正確認(rèn)識,通過健全課程、教學(xué)、師資隊(duì)伍、經(jīng)費(fèi)保障來改善目前就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課開展過程中存在的問題,為提升大學(xué)生的就業(yè)率做出貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:College students are the valuable talent resources, the hope of the society and the future of our country. In recent years, the employment situation of college students is increasingly severe, and has become a social problem. The employment ability of most graduates in colleges and universities is not high. Although there are many factors that affect the employment ability of college students, whether the employment guidance courses are carried out effectively is one of the important factors affecting the employment ability of college students. Employment guidance course plays an important role in training college students' employment ability, good professional accomplishment and cultivating high quality talents with all-round development in colleges and universities. Therefore, it has become a society to attach importance to and strengthen the development of employment guidance courses. The notice of the General Office of the State Council on how to do a good job in the Employment of ordinary College graduates in 2007 requires colleges and universities to incorporate employment guidance courses into the university curriculum system. Colleges and universities have taken the employment guidance course as a public course. At the same time, the General Office of the Ministry of Education issued a circular on the Teaching requirements for the course of career Development and Employment guidance for College students. The teaching methods and the organization, management and evaluation of the career guidance course are required. This topic takes the employment guidance course as the core, the curriculum and the teaching theory as the subject background, takes 7 representative provincial colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province as the sample universities, the article uses the literature review method, the questionnaire method. The interview method carries on the qualitative and quantitative analysis to the employment guidance class question and the influence factor, the solution measure. This study expounds the research situation of the employment guidance course at home and abroad, defines the related concepts, and lays a foundation for the further development of this subject. On this basis, through questionnaires and interviews, the managers, teachers and students of the organization and management departments of the employment guidance courses in 7 colleges and universities were investigated. In the questionnaire of management managers and teachers, from the understanding of employment guidance class, the implementation of employment guidance classes, curriculum and teaching aspects, teachers and other related information, This paper summarizes the problems existing in the actual development of the employment guidance curriculum, and analyzes the reasons for these problems. The main reasons are as follows: the understanding of the employment guidance course is not clear, the implementation of the relevant national policies is not in place; The curriculum and teaching system is lack of rationality and science; the investment of the course is insufficient, the construction of teaching equipment is not perfect, the teaching ability of teachers is not high, and the examination mechanism of curriculum and teaching is not perfect. Finally, the strategy of improving employment guidance courses in colleges and universities should include the following aspects: first, colleges and universities should pay more attention to employment guidance courses; second, strengthen the implementation of relevant national policies; third, Improve the course and teaching system of employment guidance; fourth, implement the financial guarantee of employment guidance; fifth, strengthen the construction of the teaching staff of employment guidance; sixthly, improve the evaluation mechanism of employment guidance courses and teachers. The development of the employment guidance course is not only the implementation of the national policy, but also the correct understanding of the employment guidance course, through the improvement of the curriculum, the teaching and the teaching staff. The funds guarantee can improve the problems existing in the course of employment guidance and contribute to the employment rate of college students.
