【摘要】：伴隨著我國高等教育的大眾化轉(zhuǎn)型,高校畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)形勢愈加嚴(yán)峻,傳統(tǒng)的高校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)已經(jīng)不能完全適應(yīng)形勢的發(fā)展,需要從就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課程、就業(yè)指導(dǎo)策略和就業(yè)指導(dǎo)平臺(tái)三個(gè)層面重建高校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)體系。其中就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課程重建包括指導(dǎo)內(nèi)容從理論性"告知"向?qū)嵱眯灾笇?dǎo)內(nèi)容轉(zhuǎn)變,課程設(shè)計(jì)從靜態(tài)內(nèi)容闡釋向體驗(yàn)性設(shè)計(jì)轉(zhuǎn)變;就業(yè)指導(dǎo)策略重建包括從集體指導(dǎo)向差異化指導(dǎo)的原則轉(zhuǎn)變,從集體指導(dǎo)向差異化服務(wù)的理念轉(zhuǎn)變,從集體指導(dǎo)向差異化專業(yè)服務(wù)的資源性轉(zhuǎn)變;就業(yè)指導(dǎo)平臺(tái)重建就是構(gòu)建立體化的就業(yè)實(shí)踐平臺(tái),在原有校企合作和就業(yè)實(shí)訓(xùn)的基礎(chǔ)上將學(xué)生社團(tuán)納入高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)系統(tǒng),并將網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下的虛擬社會(huì)實(shí)踐教育納入高校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)平臺(tái)實(shí)踐。
[Abstract]:With the mass transformation of higher education in China, the employment situation of college graduates is becoming more and more severe. The traditional employment guidance of colleges and universities can no longer fully adapt to the development of the situation. Three levels of employment guidance strategy and employment guidance platform to rebuild the employment guidance system. The reconstruction of employment guidance curriculum includes the transformation of guidance content from theoretical "informing" to practical guidance content, and curriculum design from static content interpretation to experiential design. The reconstruction of employment guidance strategy includes the transformation from collective guidance to differentiated guidance, from collective guidance to differentiated service, and from collective guidance to differentiated professional service. The reconstruction of employment guidance platform is to construct a three-dimensional employment practice platform, which will bring student associations into the employment guidance system of college graduates on the basis of the cooperation between schools and enterprises and employment practice. And the virtual social practice education under the network environment is put into practice on the employment guidance platform of colleges and universities.
