獨立學院遷址辦學熱的冷思考

【摘要】:從某種意義來說,獨立學院遷址辦學是其創(chuàng)辦時的"公—私"聯(lián)姻模式在應對新的政策環(huán)境時各利益相關者相互博弈的一次升級和延續(xù),呈現(xiàn)數(shù)量多、規(guī)模大、投入高、遷址進程不一等特點。獨立學院遷址后在辦學理念的正當性、辦學資源(主要包括師資、生源和經(jīng)費等)的可獲得性、大學職能履行的適切性、校園文化建設和大學治理的迫切性等方面面臨諸多挑戰(zhàn),各利益相關者必須謹慎決策、協(xié)同創(chuàng)新,促使獨立學院穩(wěn)定而可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In a sense, the relocation of independent colleges and schools is an upgrade and continuation of the "public-private" marriage model when it was founded in response to the new policy environment, with a large number, large scale and high investment. The process of relocation is different and so on. The legitimacy of the idea of running a school after the relocation of an independent college, the availability of educational resources (including teachers, students and funds, etc.), the appropriateness of performing university functions, etc. The construction of campus culture and the urgency of university governance are facing many challenges. All stakeholders must make careful decisions and cooperate with innovation to promote the stable and sustainable development of independent colleges.
