基于積極心理學(xué)的大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新人格培養(yǎng)研究

【摘要】:伴隨著社會(huì)的迅速發(fā)展和國(guó)家對(duì)創(chuàng)新的日益重視,大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新的相關(guān)研究越來越多,其研究更多傾向于創(chuàng)新思維、創(chuàng)新能力等方面,基于積極心理學(xué)的大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新人格研究較少。創(chuàng)新人格是一種人格特質(zhì),是創(chuàng)新個(gè)體所具有的能影響個(gè)體創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)的相對(duì)穩(wěn)定的特質(zhì),體現(xiàn)在創(chuàng)造力強(qiáng),獨(dú)立性強(qiáng),具有強(qiáng)烈的好奇心,熱愛學(xué)習(xí),具有良好的專注力與毅力。本研究借鑒積極心理學(xué)的相關(guān)理論對(duì)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新人格培養(yǎng)進(jìn)行研究,不僅能為大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新人格培養(yǎng)提供一個(gè)新的視角,而且為如何對(duì)大學(xué)生進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新教育提供理論參考。本研究選擇具有創(chuàng)新成果即國(guó)家專利的大學(xué)生和普通大學(xué)生作為研究對(duì)象進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行多元線性回歸分析,找出與大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新人格相關(guān)性高的積極心理品質(zhì),幫助高校教育者更好地了解創(chuàng)新人才的內(nèi)在心理素質(zhì);同時(shí),分析普通大學(xué)生在這些與大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新人格相關(guān)性高的積極心理品質(zhì)上的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,通過培養(yǎng)這些積極心理品質(zhì),提升高校創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)的針對(duì)性和實(shí)效性,為社會(huì)培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀的創(chuàng)新人才,加快我國(guó)建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國(guó)家的步伐。本研究通過對(duì)調(diào)查問卷相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行多元線性回歸與相關(guān)分析,得出與大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新人格相關(guān)度高的積極心理品質(zhì)分別是創(chuàng)造力、謹(jǐn)慎、好奇心、仁慈、感恩、熱愛學(xué)習(xí)、希望、勇敢、判斷力、靈性、洞察力、毅力和美感。同時(shí)通過數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)比發(fā)現(xiàn),普通大學(xué)生在這些與創(chuàng)新人格相關(guān)度高的積極心理品質(zhì)上的發(fā)展情況均有很大的提升空間,。通過對(duì)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新人格相關(guān)積極心理品質(zhì)培育存在的問題進(jìn)行深入分析,本研究認(rèn)為提高大學(xué)生的積極心理品質(zhì)應(yīng)該從以下幾個(gè)方面著手:一、以大學(xué)生為主體,引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí);二、加強(qiáng)實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié)的比重,引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生學(xué)以致用;三、搭建創(chuàng)新平臺(tái),培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新能力;四、深化大學(xué)生生涯規(guī)劃教育,幫助大學(xué)生樹立正確的學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo);五、整合資源,加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生成功體驗(yàn);六、感恩教育課程與感恩教育活動(dòng)并舉,提高感恩教育效果;七、培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生獨(dú)立能力,提高時(shí)間管理利用效率;八、增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)、創(chuàng)造本身的興趣和好奇心;九、端正輿論導(dǎo)向,提高大學(xué)生的仁慈和勇敢的積極心理品質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of society and the increasing attention of the country to innovation, there are more and more related researches on college students' innovation, and their research tends to be more creative thinking, innovation ability, and so on. There are few researches on innovative personality of college students based on positive psychology. Innovative personality is a kind of personality trait, which is a relatively stable trait that can affect individual innovation activities. It is reflected in strong creativity, strong independence, strong curiosity and love of learning. Good concentration and perseverance. This study can not only provide a new perspective for the cultivation of innovative personality of college students, but also provide a theoretical reference for the innovative education of college students. In this study, college students with innovative achievements (national patent) and ordinary college students were selected as the research objects. Based on the questionnaire, multivariate linear regression analysis was carried out to find out the positive psychological quality which has a high correlation with the innovative personality of college students. At the same time, it analyzes the current situation of ordinary college students' development on these positive psychological qualities, which are highly related to the innovative personality of college students, and through cultivating these positive psychological qualities, it helps the college educators to better understand the inner psychological quality of innovative talents, and at the same time analyzes the current situation of the development of these positive psychological qualities. To improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities, to train outstanding innovative talents for the society and to speed up the pace of building an innovative country in China. Through the multivariate linear regression and correlation analysis of the relevant data of the questionnaire, it is concluded that the positive psychological qualities with high correlation with the innovative personality of college students are creativity, caution, curiosity, kindness, gratitude, love of learning, hope, etc. Courage, judgment, spirituality, insight, perseverance and beauty. At the same time, through the comparison of data, it is found that the development of these positive psychological qualities with high correlation with innovative personality has great room for improvement. Through the in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the cultivation of college students' innovative personality related positive psychological quality, this study holds that the improvement of college students' positive psychological quality should be carried out from the following aspects: first, taking college students as the main body, Guide college students to learn independently; second, strengthen the proportion of practical links, guide college students to use their learning; third, build innovative platforms to cultivate the innovative ability of college students; fourth, deepen the education of college students' career planning, To help college students set up correct learning goals; fifthly, to integrate resources and strengthen college students' successful experience; sixthly, to improve the effectiveness of Thanksgiving education by simultaneously developing the curriculum of Thanksgiving education and the activities of Thanksgiving education; seventh, to cultivate college students' ability to be independent. Improve the efficiency of time management; eighth, enhance the university students to study, create their own interest and curiosity; Nine, correct the guidance of public opinion, improve college students' benevolence and brave positive psychological quality.
