我國(guó)高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育組織建設(shè)研究

【摘要】:在就業(yè)形勢(shì)日趨嚴(yán)峻的今天,世界各國(guó)都開(kāi)始對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)教育進(jìn)行有效的嘗試,英、美是開(kāi)展創(chuàng)業(yè)教育比較成功的國(guó)家,英、美兩國(guó)創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的成功與兩國(guó)高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育組織對(duì)兩國(guó)高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育所做的貢獻(xiàn)密切相關(guān)。我國(guó)高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育與英、美兩國(guó)仍存在差距。這與我國(guó)高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育起步較晚,高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育組織沒(méi)有充分發(fā)揮對(duì)高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的推動(dòng)作用有關(guān)。本文基于以往研究成果,從學(xué)習(xí)型組織理論、管理協(xié)同理論與三螺旋理論角度作為研究切入點(diǎn),剖析我國(guó)高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育組織的現(xiàn)狀、存在的主要問(wèn)題及成因。探討英、美兩國(guó)成功的高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育組織運(yùn)行方式,借鑒成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),得出我國(guó)高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育組織建設(shè)的策略。本文包含六個(gè)部分:第一部分對(duì)本研究的選題、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究思路與方法進(jìn)行了闡述;第二部分通過(guò)對(duì)已有研究資料的查閱與整理,對(duì)高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育組織相關(guān)概念與高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育組織建設(shè)的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了研究;第三部分對(duì)我國(guó)高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育組織的現(xiàn)狀、存在的問(wèn)題與成因進(jìn)行了分析;第四部分以英、美兩國(guó)開(kāi)展創(chuàng)業(yè)教育比較成功的高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育組織為案例進(jìn)行案例研究,分析它們的運(yùn)行方式,得出對(duì)我國(guó)高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育組織建設(shè)的啟示;第五部分是對(duì)我國(guó)高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育組織建設(shè)的建議性對(duì)策。第六部分對(duì)本研究做了總結(jié)與展望。本研究采用文獻(xiàn)研究法,對(duì)關(guān)于高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育組織、高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育組織建設(shè)理論等文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行仔細(xì)梳理,了解國(guó)內(nèi)外高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育組織研究的現(xiàn)狀、高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育組織建設(shè)的相關(guān)理論和我國(guó)高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育組織的現(xiàn)狀及存在的主要問(wèn)題。還采用案例分析法,以劍橋大學(xué)精英創(chuàng)業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)、斯坦福創(chuàng)業(yè)學(xué)生商會(huì)和牛津大學(xué)賽德商學(xué)院為案例,對(duì)歐美高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育組織進(jìn)行比較研究。得出了以下結(jié)論:(1)我國(guó)高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育組織建設(shè)的內(nèi)容主要包括組織內(nèi)部管理建設(shè)、組織運(yùn)行成效建設(shè)與組織外部關(guān)系建設(shè)。(2)我國(guó)高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育組織需遵循科學(xué)、實(shí)用、高效、協(xié)調(diào)和可持續(xù)性原則。(3)我國(guó)高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育組織的框架結(jié)構(gòu)包括內(nèi)部管理運(yùn)行機(jī)制、運(yùn)行保障機(jī)制、對(duì)外聯(lián)絡(luò)運(yùn)行機(jī)制。(4)我國(guó)高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育組織需加強(qiáng)滾動(dòng)目標(biāo)運(yùn)行機(jī)制、成員配置運(yùn)行機(jī)制、溝通協(xié)調(diào)運(yùn)行機(jī)制、創(chuàng)業(yè)教學(xué)運(yùn)行機(jī)制、創(chuàng)業(yè)實(shí)踐運(yùn)行機(jī)制、監(jiān)督考評(píng)運(yùn)行機(jī)制、校友聯(lián)絡(luò)運(yùn)行機(jī)制、企業(yè)聯(lián)絡(luò)運(yùn)行機(jī)制與政府聯(lián)絡(luò)運(yùn)行機(jī)制的建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Today, when the employment situation is becoming increasingly severe, all countries in the world have begun to make effective attempts on entrepreneurship education. Britain and the United States are relatively successful countries in undertaking entrepreneurship education. The success of entrepreneurship education in the United States and the United States is closely related to the contributions made by the entrepreneurship education organizations of the two countries to the entrepreneurship education in the colleges and universities of the two countries. There is still a gap between entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in China and Britain and the United States. This is related to the late start of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, and the failure of the organization of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities to give full play to the role of promoting entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. Based on the previous research results, this paper analyzes the current situation, main problems and causes of entrepreneurial education organizations in colleges and universities in China from the perspective of learning organization theory, management synergy theory and triple helix theory. This paper probes into the successful running modes of entrepreneurship education organizations in universities in Britain and the United States, and draws the strategies for the construction of entrepreneurship education organizations in colleges and universities in our country by using successful experiences for reference. This paper consists of six parts: the first part of this research topics, domestic and foreign research status, research ideas and methods are described; the second part of the existing research materials through the consultation and collation, The related concepts of entrepreneurship education organization in colleges and universities and the related theory of the organization construction of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities are studied. The third part analyzes the current situation, problems and causes of entrepreneurship education organization in colleges and universities in our country; the fourth part analyzes the problems and causes of entrepreneurship education organization in colleges and universities. The successful entrepreneurship education organizations in colleges and universities in the United States and the United States have carried out case studies, analyzed their operation methods, and obtained the enlightenment to the construction of entrepreneurship education organizations in colleges and universities in China. The fifth part is the suggestion countermeasure to our country university entrepreneurship education organization construction. The sixth part makes the summary and the prospect to this research. This research adopts the method of literature research to carefully comb the literature about the organization of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities and the theory of the organization construction of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, so as to understand the present situation of the research on the organization of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities at home and abroad. The related theories of the organization construction of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, the present situation and main problems of the entrepreneurial education organizations in colleges and universities in China. A comparative study of entrepreneurship education organizations in Europe and the United States is carried out by taking the Cambridge University Elite Entrepreneurship Association, Stanford Entrepreneurship students' Chamber of Commerce and Oxford University Syd Business School as cases. The following conclusions are drawn: (1) the contents of the organization construction of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in China mainly include the construction of internal management, the construction of organizational effectiveness and the construction of external relations. (2) the organization of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in our country should follow the scientific, practical and efficient construction. The principles of coordination and sustainability. (3) the framework structure of entrepreneurship education organization in colleges and universities in China includes internal management operation mechanism, operation guarantee mechanism, external liaison operation mechanism. (4) China's university entrepreneurship education organization needs to strengthen the rolling target operation mechanism. The construction of the operation mechanism of member configuration, communication and coordination, the operation mechanism of entrepreneurship teaching, the running mechanism of entrepreneurial practice, the supervision and evaluation of operation mechanism, the operation mechanism of alumni liaison and operation, the operation mechanism of enterprise liaison and government liaison.
