【摘要】：人最本質(zhì)的屬性是人的社會屬性,人身為社會中的一份子,自其誕生之日起就與他人發(fā)生著必然的聯(lián)系。大學(xué)生是國家的未來、民族的希望,他們的人際關(guān)系是否和諧,影響著他們身心的健康發(fā)展,關(guān)乎到校園的和諧與穩(wěn)定。作為中國傳統(tǒng)文化的精髓,儒家“仁愛”思想蘊含著豐富的人際交往理論,對當(dāng)代大學(xué)生人際交往有重要的啟示意義。本文正是通過對儒家“仁愛”思想的挖掘,從中汲取合理的養(yǎng)分,分析其對當(dāng)代大學(xué)生人際交往的價值所在,進而提出提高大學(xué)生人際交往能力的策略。本文共分為五個部分。第一部分介紹了選題的意義、研究現(xiàn)狀、研究方法以及創(chuàng)新之處等;第二部分闡述了儒家“仁愛”思想的提出與發(fā)展并剖析了其“仁者愛人”、“忠恕之道”、“克己復(fù)禮”、“以和為責(zé)”的基本內(nèi)涵;第三部分提出大學(xué)生人際交往的相關(guān)概念,客觀地總結(jié)了大學(xué)生人際交往在交往對象、交往內(nèi)容、交往方式、交往認(rèn)知方面的特點,并分析了大學(xué)生人際交往在交往理念、原則、方法、目標(biāo)等環(huán)節(jié)面臨的問題。第四部分分析了儒家“仁愛”思想所蘊含的對當(dāng)今大學(xué)生人際交往的價值,指出“仁者愛人”思想可以扭轉(zhuǎn)大學(xué)生功利化交往價值傾向,“忠恕之道”思想可以克服大學(xué)生人際交往以自我為中心的弊病,“克己復(fù)禮”思想可以幫助大學(xué)生掌握人際交往的方法,“以和為責(zé)”的思想有助于大學(xué)生樹立和諧的交往目標(biāo);第五部分基于“仁愛”思想對大學(xué)生人際交往的有效價值,從培育大學(xué)生愛人的交往理念、忠恕的交往原則、復(fù)禮的交往方法、貴和的交往目標(biāo)四個層面提出幫助大學(xué)生提高人際交往能力的舉措。
[Abstract]:The most essential attribute of man is the social attribute of man. As a member of society, man has been connected with others since its birth. College students are the future of the country, the hope of the nation, whether their interpersonal relationship is harmonious or not, which affects the healthy development of their body and mind, and relates to the harmony and stability of the campus. As the essence of Chinese traditional culture, Confucian "benevolence" contains rich theory of interpersonal communication, which is of great significance to contemporary college students' interpersonal communication. Through the excavation of Confucian "benevolence" thought, this paper draws reasonable nutrients from it, analyzes its value to contemporary college students' interpersonal communication, and then puts forward strategies to improve college students' interpersonal communication ability. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the significance of the topic, the status quo of the research, the research methods and the innovation, etc. The second part expounds the proposition and development of the Confucian "benevolence" thought, and analyzes its "benevolent lover", "the way of loyalty and forgiveness", "the courtesy of others", and so on. The third part puts forward the related concepts of college students' interpersonal communication, and objectively summarizes the characteristics of college students' interpersonal communication in the aspects of objects, contents, ways and cognitive aspects of communication. It also analyzes the problems faced by college students in the communication concepts, principles, methods, goals and so on. The fourth part analyzes the value of the Confucian "benevolence" to college students' interpersonal communication, and points out that the thought of "benevolent lover" can reverse the tendency of utilitarian communication value of college students. The thought of "loyalty and forgiveness" can overcome the self-centered problem of college students' interpersonal communication, and the idea of "retribution to oneself" can help college students to master the method of interpersonal communication. The fifth part is based on the effective value of "benevolence" to the interpersonal communication of college students, from cultivating the communication idea of college students to love, and from the principles of loyalty and forgiveness, it is helpful for college students to set up the goal of harmonious communication, the fifth part is based on the effective value of "benevolence" to the interpersonal communication of college students. Four levels of communication methods and objectives of Gui he are put forward to help college students improve their interpersonal skills.
