大學(xué)文化的社會人類學(xué)考察——關(guān)于儀式、習(xí)俗與傳說

【摘要】：運(yùn)用社會人類學(xué)的分析方法,考察大學(xué)儀式、習(xí)俗和傳說的外延與內(nèi)涵、結(jié)構(gòu)與功能、類型與性質(zhì)、生發(fā)與流轉(zhuǎn)、發(fā)展與變革及其與大學(xué)文化的關(guān)系可以使我們從另一個理論視角認(rèn)識大學(xué)文化的構(gòu)成要素和功能機(jī)理。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),大學(xué)的儀式、習(xí)俗與傳說構(gòu)成了大學(xué)文化的基本意義框架,傳遞大學(xué)的歷史記憶,承載著大學(xué)的理念要素與價值偏好。大學(xué)的儀式、習(xí)俗與傳說借助參與、溝通、互動、述說與展演等途徑為組織成員提供身份標(biāo)識、組織認(rèn)同、情感寄托以及倫理態(tài)度和價值理解。大學(xué)儀式、習(xí)俗與傳說既是大學(xué)文化的外延又是大學(xué)文化的內(nèi)涵,既是大學(xué)文化的規(guī)范又是大學(xué)文化的載體,既傳承大學(xué)文化又革新大學(xué)文化,三者各自以獨特的方式形成了大學(xué)獨特的文化張力。
[Abstract]:Using the analytical method of social anthropology, to investigate the extension and connotation, structure and function, type and nature, birth and circulation of university rituals, customs and legends, The relationship between development and transformation and university culture can help us to understand the constituent elements and functional mechanism of university culture from another theoretical perspective. It is found that the rituals, customs and legends of the university constitute the basic meaning frame of the university culture. It conveys the historical memory of the university and carries the ideological elements and the value preference of the university. University rituals, customs and legends provide members with identity, organizational identity, emotional sustenance, ethical attitudes and understanding of values through participation, communication, interaction, narration and exhibition. University rituals, customs and legends are not only the extension of university culture, but also the connotation of university culture, as well as the norms of university culture and the carrier of university culture. Each of the three forms the unique cultural tension of the university in a unique way.
