高校創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)向教育研究

【摘要】:伴隨"大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬眾創(chuàng)新"政策的實施,我國高校落后的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育明顯滯后于新的時代要求,無法適應(yīng)"以創(chuàng)業(yè)帶動就業(yè)"的發(fā)展新常態(tài),無法滿足國家未來創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)人才發(fā)展需求。以創(chuàng)業(yè)教育為導(dǎo)向,推動高校整體層面上的教育改革,從而增強大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì),實現(xiàn)大學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展,成為時代賦予高校的新使命。因此,本文基于高校思想政治教育的學(xué)科背景,以"高校創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)向教育"為題,運用文獻(xiàn)研究法和史論結(jié)合法,從高校創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)向教育的現(xiàn)實意義、高校責(zé)任擔(dān)當(dāng)、面臨的主要問題和推進(jìn)的具體策略等方面進(jìn)行探討。在現(xiàn)實意義上,高校創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)向教育關(guān)乎個人成長成才、關(guān)乎高校教育改革、關(guān)乎社會穩(wěn)定發(fā)展,其重要性不言而喻。而在大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)向教育工作開展上,高校無疑有重要的責(zé)任擔(dān)當(dāng)。然而在很長一段時間,高校對自身的責(zé)任定位缺乏明確認(rèn)知,在創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)向教育上擔(dān)負(fù)的責(zé)任定位也經(jīng)歷了從缺失到逐漸明朗的演進(jìn)過程。在新的歷史時刻,高校應(yīng)該對自身責(zé)任有更加明確的定位。在現(xiàn)實考察中,不難發(fā)現(xiàn)多重因素制約著高校創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)向教育的展開,包括陳舊觀念的桎梏、主體建設(shè)的乏力、教育實踐的不到位以及環(huán)境支持的不足。針對上述制約因素,從問題導(dǎo)向出發(fā),高校創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)向教育的建立與完善可以采取與問題相對應(yīng)的多重策略:樹立高校創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)向教育先進(jìn)觀念、加強高校創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)向教育主體建設(shè)、確保高校創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)向教育實踐到位以及優(yōu)化高校創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)向教育環(huán)境等。上述措施的落實,無疑能夠提高我們對高校創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)向教育切實落實的良好預(yù)期。這種良好的預(yù)期,最終的落腳點是在"大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬眾創(chuàng)新"的時代背景下促進(jìn)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)綜合素質(zhì)的提高,真正實現(xiàn)大學(xué)生全面發(fā)展的目標(biāo)訴求。而這也正是本文寫作的宗旨所在。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of the policy of "mass entrepreneurship, mass innovation", the backward entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in China obviously lags behind the requirements of the new era, and can not adapt to the new normal development of "employment driven by entrepreneurship". Can not meet the country's future innovation and entrepreneurial talent development needs. It is a new mission given by the times to promote the educational reform at the overall level of the university in order to enhance the innovative and entrepreneurial quality of the college students and realize the all-round development of the college students. Therefore, based on the subject background of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, taking "entrepreneurship oriented education in colleges and universities" as the topic, using the method of literature research and the combination of historical theory, this paper takes on the responsibility of colleges and universities from the practical significance of entrepreneurship oriented education in colleges and universities. The main problems faced and the specific strategies to promote are discussed. In practical sense, entrepreneurship oriented education in colleges and universities is related to the growth of individuals, the reform of education in colleges and universities, and the steady development of society, and its importance is self-evident. In the development of entrepreneurship-oriented education for college students, there is no doubt that colleges and universities have an important responsibility. However, for a long time, colleges and universities lack a clear understanding of their own responsibility positioning, and the responsibility orientation of entrepreneurship oriented education has also experienced the evolution process from lack to gradually clear. In the new historical moment, colleges and universities should have a clearer position on their own responsibilities. In the actual investigation, it is not difficult to find that many factors restrict the development of entrepreneurship oriented education in colleges and universities, including the shackles of old ideas, the weakness of subject construction, the imperfection of educational practice and the insufficiency of environmental support. In view of the above restrictive factors, from the perspective of problem orientation, the establishment and improvement of entrepreneurship oriented education in colleges and universities can adopt multiple strategies corresponding to the problems: to establish the advanced concept of entrepreneurship oriented education in colleges and universities, and to strengthen the construction of the main body of entrepreneurship oriented education in colleges and universities. To ensure the practice of entrepreneurship-oriented education in colleges and universities and optimize the environment of entrepreneurship-oriented education in colleges and universities. The implementation of the above measures can undoubtedly improve our good expectations for the practical implementation of entrepreneurship-oriented education in colleges and universities. This kind of good expectation, the final foothold is to promote the enhancement of the comprehensive quality of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship under the background of "mass entrepreneurship, mass innovation", so as to realize the goal of college students' all-round development. This is the purpose of this article.
