論我國教師教育理論的缺失與建構(gòu)

【摘要】:我國師范教育在一百多年的發(fā)展歷程中,存在著"理論"缺失的現(xiàn)象,教師教育理論缺乏系統(tǒng)性和完整性,因而在實踐中存在隨意性和盲目性。教師專業(yè)化的推進和基礎(chǔ)教育的改革,需要我們深刻反思走過的歷程,分析理論缺失的原因,從得失成敗中總結(jié)經(jīng)驗、吸取教訓(xùn),努力探索教師教育規(guī)律,進一步確立教師教育的戰(zhàn)略地位,完善體制機制,加強理論研究,增強理論自覺;堅持在研究教師教育中培養(yǎng)教師,在提高教師培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量中振興教師教育。
[Abstract]:In the course of more than one hundred years' development of normal education in China, there is a lack of "theory", and the theory of teacher education is lack of systematicness and integrality, so there is arbitrariness and blindness in practice. The promotion of teacher specialization and the reform of basic education require us to reflect deeply on the course we have gone through, to analyze the reasons for the lack of theory, to sum up experience from success or failure, to draw lessons, and to explore the law of teacher education. Further establish the strategic position of teacher education, perfect the system and mechanism, strengthen theoretical research, strengthen theoretical consciousness, persist in training teachers in research teacher education, revitalize teacher education in improving teacher training quality.
