大學(xué)生正確價(jià)值觀(guān)培育途徑研究

【摘要】：青年興則國(guó)家興,青年強(qiáng)則國(guó)家強(qiáng),明確了廣大青年群體在實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)夢(mèng)過(guò)程中的主要地位,而大學(xué)是為國(guó)家培育發(fā)展后備軍的重要場(chǎng)所,同時(shí)還是對(duì)先進(jìn)文化進(jìn)行傳承、傳播的發(fā)源地之一。所以,培育什么樣的人,通過(guò)哪種途徑培育人以及以怎樣的價(jià)值標(biāo)準(zhǔn)培育人,人才培育事業(yè)關(guān)乎國(guó)家發(fā)展命運(yùn)。伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的全球化、社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程的逐步深入以及社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀(guān)的確定,社會(huì)對(duì)大學(xué)生價(jià)值觀(guān)的培育越來(lái)越重視,對(duì)大學(xué)生價(jià)值觀(guān)的培育要求也有所轉(zhuǎn)變,尤其是要和社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀(guān)吻合。社會(huì)未來(lái)發(fā)展需要大學(xué)源源不斷地向外輸送人才,高校必須高度重視大學(xué)生正確價(jià)值觀(guān)的培育工作。正確價(jià)值觀(guān)的培育是各個(gè)大學(xué)對(duì)大學(xué)生進(jìn)行馬克思主義思想政治理論教育的主要方面,還是貫徹落實(shí)十八大精神的客觀(guān)要求。各大高校必須深入研究大學(xué)生價(jià)值觀(guān)培養(yǎng)方式,尤其是在意識(shí)教育形態(tài)下的當(dāng)今社會(huì),能夠使其時(shí)代性、針對(duì)性和實(shí)效性變得更強(qiáng)。本文的第一部分首先對(duì)選題目的、選題意義以及國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀作一綜述。并對(duì)本文的研究方法:文獻(xiàn)研究法、綜合分析法、比較研究法作出解釋說(shuō)明。本文的第二部分主要解讀了價(jià)值、價(jià)值觀(guān)、正確價(jià)值觀(guān)的含義、本質(zhì)、特性及功能。提出正確的價(jià)值觀(guān)就是馬克思主義的世界觀(guān)。馬克思主義的世界觀(guān)是當(dāng)今世界最科學(xué)、最革命的世界觀(guān)和方法論。它包含著辯證唯物主義和歷史唯物主義。因此我們要堅(jiān)持一起切從實(shí)際出發(fā)、用理論和實(shí)際相聯(lián)系,并且堅(jiān)持具體問(wèn)題具體分析的方法論來(lái)解決問(wèn)題。本文第三部分依據(jù)上海開(kāi)放大學(xué)信息安全與社會(huì)管理創(chuàng)新實(shí)驗(yàn)室與復(fù)旦大學(xué)社會(huì)治理研究中心聯(lián)合發(fā)布《大學(xué)生心態(tài)調(diào)查報(bào)告(2016)》的研究成果,對(duì)大學(xué)生價(jià)值觀(guān)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析。并得出大學(xué)生政治價(jià)值觀(guān)積極、消費(fèi)價(jià)值觀(guān)正面、人生價(jià)值觀(guān)樂(lè)觀(guān)的主流狀況。同時(shí),還指出大學(xué)生價(jià)值觀(guān)中存在的對(duì)實(shí)踐認(rèn)知有失偏頗、擇業(yè)價(jià)值觀(guān)有功利傾向、道德價(jià)值觀(guān)有待提升的問(wèn)題。從個(gè)人、家庭、學(xué)校、社會(huì)四個(gè)維度分析其形成原因。本文第四部分針對(duì)第三章總結(jié)出的大學(xué)生價(jià)值觀(guān)的主流狀況及存在問(wèn)題指出培育大學(xué)生正確價(jià)值觀(guān)的內(nèi)容和意義。指出要對(duì)大學(xué)生進(jìn)行中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義信念、愛(ài)國(guó)主義、集體主義、豁達(dá)人生態(tài)度的培育。從而促進(jìn)大學(xué)生協(xié)調(diào)均衡發(fā)展,提升高校思想政治教育水平以及校園文化品位,助力于建設(shè)社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì),培養(yǎng)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義建設(shè)者,實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興等各項(xiàng)事業(yè)的發(fā)展。本文的第五部分以大學(xué)生價(jià)值觀(guān)現(xiàn)狀及培育內(nèi)容為根據(jù),對(duì)培育大學(xué)生正確價(jià)值觀(guān)的途徑進(jìn)行探究。從自我內(nèi)化、家庭輔助、學(xué)校培育、社會(huì)宣揚(yáng)四個(gè)角度進(jìn)行深入研究。緊跟時(shí)代步伐,滿(mǎn)足現(xiàn)實(shí)需求,將個(gè)人、家庭、學(xué)校、社會(huì)的培育途徑有機(jī)融合,相互促進(jìn),充分調(diào)動(dòng)每個(gè)要素的積極性,以達(dá)成培育大學(xué)生正確價(jià)值觀(guān)的最終目的。本文第六部分得出結(jié)論,途徑是大學(xué)生正確價(jià)值觀(guān)培育的有機(jī)組成部分,它是聯(lián)系大學(xué)生正確價(jià)值觀(guān)培育過(guò)程各個(gè)要素的紐帶和橋梁,大學(xué)生正確價(jià)值觀(guān)的培育因而成為分層次、分步驟、分階段的動(dòng)態(tài)發(fā)展過(guò)程。

The existing problems of practical cognition are biased, the value concept of career selection is utilitarian and moral values need to be promoted. From the four dimensions of individual, family, school and society, the reasons are analyzed. The fourth part of this paper points out the mainstream status and problems of College Students' values summed up in the third chapter and points out the cultivation of correct values of college students. It points out that it is necessary to foster the students' belief in socialism with Chinese characteristics, patriotism, collectivism, and open-minded attitude of life, so as to promote the coordinated and balanced development of college students, improve the level of Ideological and political education and the grade of campus culture, and help to build a socialist harmonious society and cultivate the social owners with Chinese characteristics. The fifth part of this article, based on the present situation of the college students' values and the cultivation content, explores the ways to cultivate the correct values of the college students. From the four angles of self internalization, family assistance, school cultivation and social publicity, it follows the pace of the times. In the sixth part, the sixth part draws the conclusion that the way is the organic part of the cultivation of College Students' positive values, which is connected with college students. It is the link and bridge of various elements in the process of cultivating the value concept, and the cultivation of the correct values of college students has become the dynamic development process of stages, steps and stages.
