【摘要】：學術創(chuàng)業(yè)是研究型大學社會服務職能的一種深化,也是促進科技成果轉化為現(xiàn)實生產(chǎn)力的重要手段。隨著我國大學教師創(chuàng)業(yè)合法化,一部分教師開始不同程度地參與學術創(chuàng)業(yè)活動,這類既承擔教育者和研究者的角色又積極從事知識資本轉化活動的大學教師就成為了典型的"學術創(chuàng)業(yè)者"。然而,當研究型大學的學術創(chuàng)業(yè)者同時承擔這三重角色時,如果不能同時滿足三個角色的要求,就會產(chǎn)生角色沖突。本研究從角色目標、角色規(guī)范和角色實現(xiàn)過程三個視角探究了學術創(chuàng)業(yè)者角色沖突的表現(xiàn)形式,從角色認知、角色模糊和角色負荷三個方面挖掘了學術創(chuàng)業(yè)者角色沖突產(chǎn)生的原因,進而從個體、人際關系和組織等三個層面提出了相應的調適對策,以期緩解乃至消除學術創(chuàng)業(yè)者的角色沖突,實現(xiàn)研究型大學建設的目標。
[Abstract]:Academic entrepreneurship is not only a deepening of the social service function of research universities, but also an important means to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into real productive forces. With the legalization of university teachers' entrepreneurship in China, some teachers began to participate in academic entrepreneurial activities to varying degrees. This kind of university teacher who takes the role of educator and researcher and actively engaged in the transformation of knowledge capital becomes a typical "academic entrepreneur". However, when the academic entrepreneurs of research universities assume these triple roles at the same time, if they cannot meet the requirements of the three roles at the same time, there will be role conflicts. From the perspective of role goal, role specification and role realization process, this study explores the expression forms of role conflict of academic entrepreneurs, from the perspective of role cognition. Role ambiguity and role load excavate the causes of the role conflict of academic entrepreneurs, and then put forward the corresponding adjustment countermeasures from the three aspects of individual, interpersonal relationship and organization. In order to alleviate or even eliminate the role conflict of academic entrepreneurs, to achieve the goal of the construction of research universities.
