【摘要】：作為校園文化的一部分,體現(xiàn)著大學精神的宿舍文化,研究其內容對于校園文化的發(fā)展和建設具有一定的推動作用。隨著高校全方位育人理念的深化,大學生宿舍文化建設也提到了一個新的層面,宿舍生活環(huán)境建設不斷加強,這就要求我們把宿舍文化及大學生的成長作為一個新的課題來研究。大學生是一個思想和行為都具有變動性的特別群體,大部分時間是生活在宿舍中,宿舍作為他們每天都生活的環(huán)境就像一個小社會,宿舍文化不僅會影響到大學生的身心健康、道德素質、理想追求及品格養(yǎng)成,還會對大學生的思維方式、學習興趣、行為習慣等方面產生影響,特別是影響其世界觀、人生觀和價值觀的形成。研究大學生宿舍文化以及對于大學生成長的影響,具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義和價值。本文從宿舍文化的物質文化、精神文化、制度文化、行為文化四個方面展開,研究宿舍文化的內涵、特征、功能,通過社會調查,了解當前大學生宿舍文化的現(xiàn)存狀態(tài),針對當前宿舍文化存在的主要問題,深入分析宿舍文化對大學生成長的積極影響和消極影響,并提出相應的解決問題的對策和建議,為促進當代大學生的健康成長提供可資借鑒的經驗和啟示。
[Abstract]:As a part of campus culture, dormitory culture embodies the spirit of university, and the study of its content has a certain role in promoting the development and construction of campus culture. With the deepening of the concept of all-round education in colleges and universities, the cultural construction of college students' dormitory has also been raised to a new level, and the construction of living environment of dormitory has been continuously strengthened. This requires us to take dormitory culture and the growth of college students as a new topic to study. College students are a special group with changing thoughts and behaviors. Most of the time they live in dormitories. As the environment in which they live every day, dormitory is like a small society. Dormitory culture not only affects the physical and mental health of college students. Moral quality, ideal pursuit and character cultivation will also affect the way of thinking, interest in learning and behavior habits of college students, especially the formation of their world outlook, outlook on life and values. It is of great practical significance and value to study the culture of dormitory and its influence on the growth of college students. In this paper, from the aspects of material culture, spiritual culture, system culture and behavior culture of dormitory culture, the connotation, characteristics and functions of dormitory culture are studied, and the present status of dormitory culture of college students is understood through social investigation. In view of the main problems existing in dormitory culture at present, this paper analyzes the positive and negative effects of dormitory culture on college students' growth, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems. To promote the healthy growth of contemporary college students to provide reference experience and inspiration.
