【摘要】：正外國語言文學(xué)學(xué)科師資隊伍建設(shè)比其他學(xué)科面臨更多的困難:學(xué)科比較年輕,整體積淀不如其他學(xué)科雄厚,培養(yǎng)的高層次人才數(shù)量較少;對于中西部學(xué)校而言,既無天時,更無地利,底子薄,平臺低,機會少,再加上待遇不如發(fā)達地區(qū),因此,師資隊伍建設(shè)引進人才難,留住人才更是難上加難。湖南大學(xué)外國語學(xué)院的師資隊伍在近十來年里獲得了質(zhì)的提升。晉升的教授有22人,
[Abstract]:The construction of foreign language and literature teachers is facing more difficulties than other disciplines: the subjects are relatively young, the overall accumulation is not as strong as other disciplines, and the number of high-level talents trained is relatively small; for schools in the central and western regions, there is neither time nor time. Moreover, it is more difficult to introduce and retain talents in the construction of teachers' ranks than in developed regions, because of the geographical location, weak foundation, low platform, few opportunities and inferior treatment to developed regions. The faculty of the School of Foreign languages of Hunan University has been qualitatively upgraded in the past decade or so. There were 22 professors promoted,
