以南昌市8所高校為例對(duì)在校大學(xué)生的“考證熱”與畢業(yè)生的“冷思考”研究分析

【摘要】:在整個(gè)社會(huì)大環(huán)境下,大學(xué)畢業(yè)生面臨一個(gè)復(fù)雜的勞動(dòng)力供求背景和激烈的就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境。在這樣的壓力下,大學(xué)生為了提高自己的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,找到滿(mǎn)意的工作,紛紛轉(zhuǎn)戰(zhàn)考證戰(zhàn)場(chǎng),力圖通過(guò)考證來(lái)增加找工作時(shí)的砝碼和自信。那么,考證的作用到底如何,如何去理性應(yīng)對(duì)各類(lèi)考證,使大學(xué)生在考證中真正受益;诖,本文以在校生和畢業(yè)生為對(duì)象進(jìn)行調(diào)研,同時(shí)結(jié)合部分訪談,力求能給正在考證或準(zhǔn)備考證的大學(xué)生提供有用而實(shí)際的建議。本文分別針對(duì)在校大學(xué)生和畢業(yè)生設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,運(yùn)用Excel和SPSS軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理,在方法上選用描述統(tǒng)計(jì)、訪談分析、聚類(lèi)分析、因子分析和決策樹(shù)等展開(kāi)研究。首先,對(duì)在校大學(xué)生“考證熱”的行為動(dòng)機(jī)、考證的選擇與取舍、對(duì)待考證的態(tài)度和對(duì)證書(shū)的心理預(yù)期、挖掘大學(xué)生考證的內(nèi)在原因以及對(duì)畢業(yè)生在關(guān)于在校生“考證熱”現(xiàn)象上的看法、證書(shū)與專(zhuān)業(yè)是否應(yīng)該相關(guān)和證書(shū)對(duì)工作重要性等一系列問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究。然后進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)在校生和畢業(yè)生對(duì)考證在多方面存在顯著差異,說(shuō)明畢業(yè)生能給在校生提供更切實(shí)際的方法和建議。其次,基于絕大多數(shù)學(xué)生為了就業(yè)而選擇考證的社會(huì)事實(shí),為了更加全面地分析大學(xué)生群體的考證行為,針對(duì)于證書(shū)與就業(yè)關(guān)系,企業(yè)看待證書(shū)的分量等問(wèn)題。具體調(diào)查內(nèi)容包括一方面從大學(xué)生對(duì)證書(shū)價(jià)值的理解,證書(shū)對(duì)就業(yè)作用。另一方面從畢業(yè)生的角度分析證書(shū)對(duì)就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)的影響,證書(shū)與工作的關(guān)系。本文將這兩個(gè)主體的認(rèn)識(shí)狀況進(jìn)行比較分析后發(fā)現(xiàn):大學(xué)生對(duì)考證收益的預(yù)期較高,以至于考證目標(biāo)與考證行為之間存在相互背離的狀況。最后,本文通過(guò)調(diào)查分析發(fā)現(xiàn)在校生確實(shí)存在“考證熱”現(xiàn)象,而且不少學(xué)生的考證行為存在所考證書(shū)與專(zhuān)業(yè)關(guān)系不大,缺乏合理規(guī)劃、考證原因不明確,考證功利性強(qiáng)等問(wèn)題。因此結(jié)合畢業(yè)生的“冷思考”,針對(duì)不同相關(guān)主體,主要是從大學(xué)生、高校、政府、企業(yè)提出相關(guān)建議,期盼能有效改善在校生在考證問(wèn)題上不合理的現(xiàn)狀,讓高校有更高效益產(chǎn)出,社會(huì)更高效率的進(jìn)步。
[Abstract]:In the overall social environment, college graduates face a complex labor supply and demand background and fierce employment competition environment. Under such pressure, in order to improve their competitiveness and find a satisfactory job, college students have turned to the battlefield of textual research, trying to increase the weight and self-confidence of finding a job through textual research. So, what is the function of textual research, how to rationally deal with all kinds of textual research, so that college students really benefit from textual research. Based on this, this paper takes the college students and graduates as the object of investigation, combined with some interviews, and tries to provide useful and practical advice to the college students who are studying or preparing for the examination. In this paper, we use Excel and SPSS software to deal with the data of college students and graduates, and choose description statistics, interview analysis, cluster analysis, factor analysis and decision tree. First of all, the behavior motivation, the choice and choice of textual research, the attitude towards textual research and the psychological expectation of certificate of college students. This paper explores the internal reasons of the textual research of college students and studies a series of problems such as the opinions of the graduates on the phenomenon of "textual research fever", whether the certificate should be related to the major and the importance of the certificate to the work. Then it is found that there are significant differences between the college students and the graduates in many aspects, which shows that the graduates can provide more practical methods and suggestions to the students. Secondly, based on the social facts that the vast majority of students choose to verify for employment, in order to analyze the textual research behavior of college students more comprehensively, aiming at the relationship between certificate and employment, enterprises look at the weight of certificate and so on. The specific contents of the investigation include, on the one hand, the understanding of the value of the certificate and the role of the certificate in employment. On the other hand, from the perspective of graduates, the impact of certificate on employment opportunities, the relationship between certificate and work. This paper makes a comparative analysis of the cognitive status of the two subjects and finds that college students have a higher expectation of the income of textual research, so that there is a state of deviation between the objective of textual research and the behavior of textual research. Finally, through the investigation and analysis, it is found that the phenomenon of "textual research fever" does exist among the students, and that many students' examination behavior has little relationship with their major, lacks reasonable planning, and the reasons for textual research are not clear. Textual research and other issues such as strong utilitarian. Therefore, combined with the "cold thinking" of the graduates, aiming at different relevant subjects, mainly from college students, universities, governments and enterprises, put forward relevant suggestions, hoping to effectively improve the unreasonable status quo of the students' textual research. So that colleges and universities have more efficient output, the progress of higher efficiency of society.
