浙江高校中外合作辦學(xué)發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:全球化的進(jìn)程沖破了國(guó)界和區(qū)域的束縛,在促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,推動(dòng)高等教育變革等方面發(fā)揮著重要的作用,同時(shí),也對(duì)世界各國(guó)的高等教育提出了更高的要求。浙江是經(jīng)濟(jì)大省,歷史悠久,人文底蘊(yùn)豐厚,地處東南沿海,海、陸、空交通都十分便利,開(kāi)展對(duì)外交流合作的機(jī)會(huì)得天獨(dú)厚。浙江省高校中外合作辦學(xué)在辦學(xué)數(shù)量和發(fā)展規(guī)模上都在全國(guó)名列前茅,對(duì)此展開(kāi)研究必將對(duì)推動(dòng)我省高等教育國(guó)際化進(jìn)程意義深遠(yuǎn),也對(duì)浙江省高教改革和發(fā)展提供思路和參考。就目前的合作辦學(xué)現(xiàn)狀來(lái)看,浙江高校中外合作辦學(xué)在生源質(zhì)量、專業(yè)設(shè)置、教學(xué)效果、項(xiàng)目管理等方面并不成熟。本文從合作辦學(xué)的外部環(huán)境、教學(xué)管理、學(xué)生管理、人力資源管理以及跨文化管理等方面著手,運(yùn)用高等教育、跨境教育、教育國(guó)際化等相關(guān)理論知識(shí),為本文的研究奠定理論基礎(chǔ),并綜合運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究、比較研究和案例分析等方法,圍繞浙江省高校中外合作辦學(xué)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及改進(jìn)建議展開(kāi)研究。最后,本文立足于浙江中外合作辦學(xué)實(shí)際,在比較借鑒發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家跨境教育實(shí)踐與經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議。要加大宣傳力度,強(qiáng)化引領(lǐng)作用;要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新辦學(xué)思路,引進(jìn)優(yōu)質(zhì)資源;要加強(qiáng)關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)管理,提高辦學(xué)質(zhì)量;要構(gòu)建保障體系,促進(jìn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The process of globalization has broken through the shackles of national boundaries and regions, and has played an important role in promoting economic development and promoting the reform of higher education. At the same time, it has also put forward higher requirements for higher education in various countries of the world. Zhejiang is a big economic province with a long history and rich cultural background. It is located in the southeast coast, land and air transportation is very convenient, the opportunity to carry out foreign exchanges and cooperation is unique. The Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools in Zhejiang Province is one of the highest in the country in terms of the number and development scale of running schools. The study on this will certainly have a far-reaching significance in promoting the internationalization process of higher education in our province. It also provides ideas and references for the reform and development of higher education in Zhejiang Province. In view of the present situation of cooperative education, the quality of students, specialty setting, teaching effect and project management are not mature. This paper starts with the external environment, teaching management, student management, human resource management and cross-cultural management, and applies the relevant theoretical knowledge such as higher education, cross-border education, education internationalization, etc. This paper lays a theoretical foundation for the study of this paper, and makes use of the methods of literature research, comparative study and case analysis to study the present situation of the development of Sino-foreign cooperative schools of higher learning in Zhejiang Province and the suggestions for improvement. Finally, based on the practice of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools in Zhejiang Province, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the basis of comparing the cross-boundary educational practices and experiences of developed countries. It is necessary to strengthen propaganda and strengthen the leading role; to innovate the thinking of running a school and to introduce high-quality resources; to strengthen the management of key links to improve the quality of running a school; to build a guarantee system to promote sustainable development.
