新媒體背景下大學(xué)生理想信念教育有效路徑研究

【摘要】:習(xí)近平在2016年12月召開的全國(guó)高校思想政治工作會(huì)議上強(qiáng)調(diào),“高校思想政治工作關(guān)系高校培養(yǎng)什么樣的人、如何培養(yǎng)人以及為誰培養(yǎng)人這個(gè)根本問題!彼鞔_提出,高校的使命和責(zé)任是要圍繞立德樹人這一中心環(huán)節(jié),教育引導(dǎo)學(xué)生不斷樹立為共產(chǎn)主義遠(yuǎn)大理想和中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義共同理想而奮斗的信念和信心?梢,理想信念教育是高校思想政治工作的重要一環(huán),也是高校堅(jiān)持把立德樹人作為中心環(huán)節(jié)的重要抓手。新形勢(shì)下,新媒體的普及和廣泛應(yīng)用不僅給大學(xué)生理想信念教育帶來了嶄新的機(jī)遇,同時(shí)也提出了前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)。高等院校在開展理想信念教育過程中,不僅要善于運(yùn)用新媒體,使之達(dá)到傳統(tǒng)教育模式下達(dá)不到的教育效果,同時(shí)也須全方位認(rèn)識(shí)和審視新媒體,掌握其傳播規(guī)律和特點(diǎn),認(rèn)清新媒體在理想信念教育中的負(fù)面效應(yīng),采取行之有效的方法克服新媒體帶來的消極影響。本選題通過對(duì)新媒體背景下大學(xué)生理想信念教育現(xiàn)狀的全面把握,對(duì)新媒體背景下大學(xué)生理想信念教育面臨的挑戰(zhàn)和機(jī)遇展開了深入分析,進(jìn)而探求新媒體背景下大學(xué)生理想信念教育的有針對(duì)性、實(shí)效性的路徑。具體的研究?jī)?nèi)容包含以下四個(gè)部分:第一部分,新媒體與大學(xué)生理想信念教育概述。伴隨著新媒體的迅速普及和廣泛應(yīng)用,信息的傳播方式以及人際交往方式都發(fā)生了革命性變化。新媒體的“新”是相對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)媒體來講的,既表現(xiàn)在點(diǎn)對(duì)點(diǎn)的交互式傳播狀態(tài)之“新”,又表現(xiàn)在改變了信息傳播生態(tài)之“新”。與傳統(tǒng)的傳播媒介相比較,新媒體傳播具有傳播狀態(tài)的即時(shí)性、傳播主體的交互性以及傳播范圍的全面性三方面的特征。就未來發(fā)展趨勢(shì)而言,新媒體必將伴隨互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和數(shù)字技術(shù)的日新月異呈現(xiàn)蓬勃發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì),必將伴隨傳統(tǒng)媒體行業(yè)發(fā)展逐步式微而走向媒體融合態(tài)勢(shì)。崇高理想信念可以激勵(lì)人們?yōu)橹篮媚繕?biāo)前赴后繼、披荊斬棘、奮力開拓。反之,如果喪失了理想信念的崇高屬性,人也就失去了前進(jìn)的動(dòng)力和努力的方向。作為思想政治教育中的一項(xiàng)重要內(nèi)容,理想信念教育的主要任務(wù)是對(duì)全體大學(xué)生進(jìn)行關(guān)于社會(huì)主義、共產(chǎn)主義世界觀、人生觀、價(jià)值觀的教育。在具體內(nèi)容方面,理想信念教育要以馬克思主義作為根本指導(dǎo)思想,牢固樹立中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義理想信念,培養(yǎng)和造就有理想、有道德、有文化、有紀(jì)律的“四有”新人,深入學(xué)習(xí)貫徹習(xí)近平總書記系列重要講話精神,教育引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生積極踐行社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀。有效開展理想信念教育需要深刻把握理想信念教育所具有的歷史性、持續(xù)性和動(dòng)態(tài)性特性。第二部分,大學(xué)生理想信念現(xiàn)狀及教育中存在的問題。當(dāng)前我國(guó)大學(xué)生理想信念狀況總體上呈現(xiàn)積極健康向上的主流。但是,當(dāng)前大學(xué)生理想信念中也存在著理想信念不清晰、政治信仰不堅(jiān)定、價(jià)值取向不明確等不能忽視的問題,其原因在于受到了文化思潮多元化、市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的弊端以及資本主義價(jià)值觀等多方面的影響,進(jìn)而阻礙了大學(xué)生樹立崇高、遠(yuǎn)大的理想信念。具體表現(xiàn)為,受信息技術(shù)和教學(xué)過程的影響,大學(xué)生接受理想信念教育的主動(dòng)性不強(qiáng);由于存在對(duì)思想政治教育工作重視不夠,對(duì)馬列經(jīng)典理解不夠和對(duì)大學(xué)生主體地位尊重不夠等問題,施教工作者創(chuàng)新理想信念教育的能動(dòng)性不充分;受西方文化、傳統(tǒng)腐朽文化以及市場(chǎng)逐利文化等亞文化的影響,理想信念教育的作用未得到充分發(fā)揮;受國(guó)際政治趨向多極化、經(jīng)濟(jì)趨向全球化、文化趨向多元化的影響,高等教育適應(yīng)理想信念教育形式的靈活性不足;受教育內(nèi)容與大學(xué)生思想實(shí)際結(jié)合不緊、教材和教學(xué)內(nèi)容滯后于學(xué)生實(shí)際生活的影響,教育效果體現(xiàn)理想信念教育的實(shí)踐價(jià)值不明顯。第三部分,新媒體對(duì)大學(xué)生理想信念教育產(chǎn)生的影響。就消極影響來看,借助新媒體傳播歷史虛無主義思潮動(dòng)搖了大學(xué)生對(duì)革命傳統(tǒng)的尊重;借助新媒體圍攻堅(jiān)持四項(xiàng)基本原則這一立國(guó)之本的正面言論動(dòng)搖了大學(xué)生對(duì)理想信念的堅(jiān)守;借助新媒體大肆抨擊愛黨愛國(guó)言論動(dòng)搖了大學(xué)生對(duì)崇高信仰的堅(jiān)守;借助新媒體抨擊保持課堂正常秩序傳播正能量的倡議動(dòng)搖了大學(xué)生對(duì)于中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義的自信;借助新媒體操縱社會(huì)輿論導(dǎo)向動(dòng)搖了大學(xué)生思想意識(shí)形態(tài)的陣地意識(shí)?梢,新媒體背景下,“微”傳播世界中的個(gè)人主義價(jià)值觀甚囂塵上,大學(xué)生理想信念教育面對(duì)的復(fù)雜性、艱巨性和長(zhǎng)期性任務(wù)給我們提出了前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)。當(dāng)前,新媒體也為人們的學(xué)習(xí)、工作和相互交往搭建了方便快捷的平臺(tái),也為大學(xué)生理想信念教育帶來了一系列積極影響,主要體現(xiàn)在借助新媒體傳播擴(kuò)大了教育的覆蓋面,借助新媒體傳播實(shí)現(xiàn)了教育的無縫隙,借助新媒體傳播增強(qiáng)了教育的針對(duì)性,借助新媒體傳播推進(jìn)了教育的無差別,借助新媒體傳播展現(xiàn)了教育的多層次等五個(gè)方面。在新媒體背景下,理想信念教育工作者應(yīng)當(dāng)充分利用新媒體多樣性、即時(shí)性和互動(dòng)性等特點(diǎn),主動(dòng)構(gòu)建起理想信念教育新媒體平臺(tái),將傳統(tǒng)的“我來講”變?yōu)椤澳銇碇v”、“大家一起講”,將大學(xué)生由教育受眾變成理想信念教育的參與者甚至是素材提供者,將理想信念教育延伸到大學(xué)生全方位的學(xué)習(xí)和生活之中,從理想信念教育的系統(tǒng)性和層次性出發(fā),借助新媒體的優(yōu)勢(shì),使教育過程中多種要素合理配置,提高新媒體對(duì)理想信念教育促進(jìn)作用,進(jìn)而提高理想信念教育的實(shí)效性。第四部分,新媒體背景下大學(xué)生理想信念教育的有效路徑。新媒體的普及和廣泛應(yīng)用,盡管對(duì)高校傳統(tǒng)的理想信念教育工作提出了前所未有的挑戰(zhàn),但同時(shí)也為高校做好大學(xué)生理想信念教育工作提供了巨大的創(chuàng)新空間。第一,開拓新媒體空間弘揚(yáng)紅色文化深化主題教育,讓紅色文化滌蕩靈魂塑造大學(xué)生堅(jiān)忍不拔的品格,讓理想信念成為火炬和燈塔照亮大學(xué)生前行之路;第二,完善教育機(jī)制樹立新媒體環(huán)境下的媒介思維,構(gòu)建和完善與新媒體相適應(yīng)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)機(jī)制、人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)機(jī)制、監(jiān)督及輿情分析應(yīng)對(duì)聯(lián)動(dòng)機(jī)制等工作保障體系,通過提升教育者和教育對(duì)象的新媒體素養(yǎng)來提升與新媒體時(shí)代相適應(yīng)的信息獲取、分析、評(píng)價(jià)和傳播水平。第三,在新媒體領(lǐng)域中堅(jiān)守崇高信仰堅(jiān)定文化自信,讓大學(xué)生的理想之樹枝繁葉茂信念之花色彩繽紛,成為優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化激活者、繼承者和弘揚(yáng)者。第四,運(yùn)用新媒體平臺(tái)打造高效課堂充實(shí)理論自信,深化對(duì)馬克思主義中國(guó)化的學(xué)習(xí)研究,推進(jìn)和完善教與學(xué)全員參與的工作模式,積極培育大學(xué)生對(duì)于新媒體的借重與熱愛,進(jìn)而達(dá)到大學(xué)生主動(dòng)參與的實(shí)效,推動(dòng)理想信念教育內(nèi)涵式發(fā)展。第五,在新媒體傳播中秉持陣地意識(shí)培育核心價(jià)值,堅(jiān)守陣地意識(shí)以加強(qiáng)輿論引導(dǎo)和監(jiān)督把握教育主旋律,牢牢掌握課堂及校園傳播媒介的主動(dòng)權(quán),提升宣傳引導(dǎo)素材的質(zhì)量和水平,讓社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀成為大學(xué)生的自覺和遵循?傊,運(yùn)用創(chuàng)新思維,充分發(fā)掘新媒體的內(nèi)在力量,以之為通道和動(dòng)力,融合于高校理想信念教育的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),必將走出一條新媒體背景下理想信念教育的有效路徑。
