【摘要】：在《國家中長期教育改革與發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010-2020年)》與黑龍江省“十二五”教育規(guī)劃綱要的指引下,黑龍江省普通本科院校師資隊(duì)伍結(jié)構(gòu)逐漸趨于合理,師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)獲得了較大的發(fā)展,但由于政策導(dǎo)向、地理位置和歷史變化等因素的影響,黑龍江省普通本科院校的發(fā)展明顯處于弱勢地位,使師資隊(duì)伍結(jié)構(gòu)的研究更具有重要性和緊迫感。本文以黑龍江省普通本科院校師資隊(duì)伍結(jié)構(gòu)為研究對(duì)象,綜合運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法、歷史研究法、比較研究法、案例研究法對(duì)黑龍江省普通本科院校師資隊(duì)伍結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了具體研究。沿著“歷史回顧—現(xiàn)狀分析—問題探討—對(duì)策建議”的思路依次展開。在探討我國高等院校師資隊(duì)伍政策變化的基礎(chǔ)上,我省普通本科院校師資隊(duì)伍結(jié)構(gòu)的歷史變化及其特點(diǎn)。通過與全國及若干省區(qū)的數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)比分析我省普通本科院校師資隊(duì)伍結(jié)構(gòu)的現(xiàn)狀,并抽取我省十二所不同類型、不同層次普通本科院校師資隊(duì)伍結(jié)構(gòu)的數(shù)據(jù)分析我省普通本科院校師資隊(duì)伍結(jié)構(gòu)出現(xiàn)的具體問題。最后在分析問題及成因的基礎(chǔ)上提出相對(duì)應(yīng)的優(yōu)化策略。
[Abstract]:Under the guidance of the outline of the National medium and long term Education Reform and Development Program (2010-2020) and the outline of the 12th Five-Year Plan of Heilongjiang Province, the structure of the teaching staff of ordinary colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province is becoming more and more reasonable. The construction of teaching staff has been greatly developed, but due to the influence of policy guidance, geographical location and historical changes, the development of ordinary colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province is obviously in a weak position. Make the research of teaching staff structure have more importance and sense of urgency. This paper takes the structure of teaching staff in ordinary colleges and universities of Heilongjiang Province as the research object, and makes a concrete study on the structure of teaching staff of ordinary colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province by using the methods of literature research, historical research, comparative research and case study. The idea of "Historical Review-current situation Analysis-problem-discussion-Countermeasures and suggestions" is carried out in turn. On the basis of discussing the change of the policy of teaching staff in colleges and universities in our country, the historical changes and characteristics of the structure of teaching staff in colleges and universities of our province are discussed. Through comparing with the data of the whole country and some provinces and regions, this paper analyzes the present situation of the teaching staff structure in ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities in our province, and extracts 12 different types of colleges in our province. Data Analysis on the structure of Teachers in different levels of Colleges and Universities the concrete problems in the structure of teaching staff in colleges and universities of our province are analyzed. Finally, the corresponding optimization strategy is put forward on the basis of analyzing the problem and its causes.
