【摘要】：耶魯大學(xué)是美國保守大學(xué)的典型代表。進(jìn)入20世紀(jì)90年代之后,受學(xué)術(shù)和財政雙重危機(jī)的推動,耶魯大學(xué)明確了實施創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)參與區(qū)域社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略決策。通過制定系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移政策,完善創(chuàng)業(yè)組織結(jié)構(gòu),積極開展全校范圍內(nèi)的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育,耶魯大學(xué)在促進(jìn)區(qū)域生物技術(shù)簇群崛起和推動紐黑文地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方面產(chǎn)生了積極影響。
[Abstract]:Yale University is a typical representative of conservative universities in the United States. After the 1990s, driven by the dual crisis of academic and finance, Yale University made clear the strategic decision of implementing innovation and entrepreneurship to participate in the regional social and economic development. By making a systematic policy of technology transfer, perfecting the structure of entrepreneurial organizations and actively developing entrepreneurship education in the whole school, Yale University has had a positive impact on promoting the rise of regional biotechnology clusters and promoting the economic development of the New Haven region.
