【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)的不斷發(fā)展,志愿服務(wù)逐漸成為推動(dòng)社會(huì)前進(jìn)的重要力量,大學(xué)生群體更是成為志愿服務(wù)活動(dòng)的主要參加者。這不僅對(duì)高校的德育工作產(chǎn)生了有利影響,也對(duì)整個(gè)社會(huì)的文明和諧發(fā)揮了重要作用。社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀作為高校思想政治教育的重要目標(biāo)和社會(huì)精神文明建設(shè)的鮮明旗幟,大學(xué)生應(yīng)當(dāng)在日常生活中重點(diǎn)學(xué)習(xí)和樹立。志愿服務(wù)為社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的培育和踐行提供了重要平臺(tái)。大學(xué)生參與志愿服務(wù)活動(dòng),從國(guó)家層面的價(jià)值目標(biāo)看,有利于強(qiáng)化他們的民主意識(shí)和文明和諧理念;從社會(huì)層面的價(jià)值目標(biāo)看,有利于增強(qiáng)他們的自由平等思想和公正觀念;從學(xué)校層面的價(jià)值目標(biāo)看,有利于激發(fā)他們的求真創(chuàng)新精神和共同體意識(shí);從個(gè)人層面的價(jià)值目標(biāo)看,有利于培育他們的愛國(guó)敬業(yè)精神和誠(chéng)信友善美德。因此,志愿服務(wù)對(duì)大學(xué)生價(jià)值觀的培育發(fā)揮著重要的作用。但是,由于我國(guó)的志愿服務(wù)起步較晚,各方面的規(guī)章體系有待完善,志愿組織的民主觀念不強(qiáng)等原因,志愿服務(wù)在培育大學(xué)生價(jià)值觀方面還存在一些問題。本論文將志愿服務(wù)活動(dòng)與大學(xué)生價(jià)值觀培育緊密結(jié)合,主要分為三部分。第一部分在闡述大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)相關(guān)概念的基礎(chǔ)上,從理論角度論證志愿服務(wù)對(duì)培育大學(xué)生的四個(gè)層面即國(guó)家層面、社會(huì)層面、學(xué)校層面和個(gè)人層面價(jià)值目標(biāo)的重要作用。第二部分通過問卷的調(diào)查與分析,透過價(jià)值來考查大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)是否實(shí)現(xiàn)了價(jià)值教育的目標(biāo),并以志愿服務(wù)的開始階段、過程和結(jié)束階段為切入點(diǎn),探討志愿服務(wù)沒有培育出大學(xué)生某些價(jià)值觀的原因。第三部分在借鑒國(guó)外志愿服務(wù)的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)的條件下,根據(jù)具體實(shí)際指出通過志愿服務(wù)更全面地培育大學(xué)生價(jià)值觀的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, voluntary service has gradually become an important force to promote the advancement of society, and college students have become the main participants in voluntary service activities. This not only has a beneficial effect on the moral education in colleges and universities, but also plays an important role in the civilization and harmony of the whole society. As an important goal of ideological and political education in colleges and universities and a bright banner of the construction of social spiritual civilization, the core values of socialism should be studied and set up emphatically in the daily life of college students. Voluntary service provides an important platform for the cultivation and practice of socialist core values. The participation of college students in voluntary service activities is beneficial to strengthen their democratic consciousness and harmonious concept of civilization from the value goal of the national level, to strengthen their free and equal thought and the concept of justice from the value goal of the social level. From the point of view of the value goal at the school level, it is beneficial to stimulate their spirit of seeking truth and innovation and the sense of community, and from the value goal of the individual level, it is helpful to cultivate their patriotic spirit of devotion to work and the virtue of honesty and kindness. Therefore, voluntary service plays an important role in the cultivation of college students' values. However, due to the late start of voluntary service in China, the need to improve the regulatory system in all aspects, and the weak democratic concept of voluntary organizations, there are still some problems in the cultivation of college students' values. This paper combines voluntary service activities with the cultivation of college students' values, which is divided into three parts. On the basis of expounding the related concepts of college students' voluntary service, the first part demonstrates the important role of voluntary service on the four levels of cultivating college students, namely, the national level, the social level, the school level and the individual level, from the theoretical point of view. The second part through the questionnaire investigation and analysis, through the value to examine whether the university student volunteer service has realized the value education goal, and regards the voluntary service beginning stage, the process and the ending stage as the breakthrough point, To explore the reasons why volunteer service has not cultivated some values of college students. The third part points out the countermeasures of cultivating college students' values more comprehensively through voluntary service under the condition of drawing lessons from the successful experience of foreign voluntary service.
