【摘要】：21世紀初,澳大利亞各級政府為教師教育的發(fā)展提供了法律保障、政策支持和專業(yè)標準的指導,建立了較為全面的教師教育質(zhì)量保障體系。在追求高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的同時,澳大利亞教師教育也面臨不同層面的困境,尤其是教師教育的管理和教師評估的策略與方法。本文從體系保障、師資保障、過程保障和結(jié)果保障幾個方面討論了澳大利亞教師教育機構(gòu)、教師教育者在提供教師教育過程中應堅持的基本原則和改革方向。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of the 21st century, Australian governments at all levels provided legal guarantee, policy support and professional standard guidance for the development of teacher education, and established a more comprehensive quality assurance system for teacher education. In pursuit of high quality development, Australian teacher education also faces difficulties at different levels, especially the management of teacher education and the strategies and methods of teacher evaluation. This paper discusses the basic principles and reform directions of Australian teacher education institutions and teachers' educators in the process of providing teachers' education from the aspects of system guarantee, teachers' guarantee, process security and result guarantee.
